Overall Rating
Overall, it is a good Institute to study Engineering. It has good transportation route, well-trained faculties, and good placements. Students will get well assistance from the teaching staff. The Institute has very good infrastructure and peaceful ambience. Its campus has good classrooms, laboratories, and library. Students well be able to gain expertise in their relevant courses with the guidance of the faculties, as they well are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Academics Rating
I have chosen the Mechanical Engineering course at this Institute to learn in the subject in depth. My main motive is to become a good mechanical engineer. To get admission in second year of the Diploma program, student needs to qualify JEXPO or JELET exam. Direct admission also possible if there is seat left after admission from entrance exam. Final exams take place after the end of each semester. Academics will prepare you very well for the real-life challenges.
The overall fees of the course will be around Rs. 1,90,000/- for three years. For taking hostel, the total fees will become 3,40,000/- for three years. Payment can be given semester wise as well quarterly or monthly. Students having good merit and result in Class 10th or 12th will get some discount on course fee if eligible. Swami Vivekananda Scholarship and other merit-based scholarships are also available for the students.

Faculty Rating
The faculties will mainly teach in English. However, if required they will describe in Hindi or Bengali, according to the student’s convenience. All the faculties are M.Tech qualified and well trained & knowledgeable. The will teach using books and will describe every topic using PPT and blackboards. They will solve the problem of students thoroughly. The student to teacher ratio will be 50:1 in each class. My experience with all the faculties is very good. They all are very helpful and friendly.
