Sunder Deep Engineering College (SDEC) is recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. SDEC has only one aim to provide Knowledge with academic excellence and to make student better Technocrats and Professional in his or her respected field. SDEC provide lots of benefits for student and their bright future such as 90% scholarship, time to time industrial visit, and motivational seminar and government scholarship also provided depending on you. Do you want to apply for government scholarships or not?

The admission process was really too easy for me-fill up the admission form, Appear for a normal interview and then appear for document verification. The result was given to me through email. The interview only for your self-understanding and self-belief. He was only wanted to check my communication skill and my IQ. During the interview team members asked me why do you want to take this course, what will be your plan after doing this course, what is your hobby, What do you like to do during your free time, how many marks you obtain in 10 and 12th class. Some such questions asked during my interview.

Academics at SDEC are completely different from other colleges. At the time of my admission, I wanted to go to the college which has the NCC (national cadet corps). I was amazed when I heard that this college has NCC because at that time there were few colleges that had NCC authority and I took NCC presently I have C certificates. I will get its reservation in various government policies. I finalized my bachelor of technology (B. Tech) in the electronics field in 2019. College offers industrial visits for realistic knowledge and deep understands.

There is no need to crack any type of aptitude test to join this course. If you want to join this course then you need to pass 12 class the reason why I joined this college is that I already know about this college through the newspaper as well as this college also has NCC which was very rare in college at that time. The highly experienced faculty and well structured practical lab are present for balancing practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge. Last time this collage provided 95% campus placement many students selected in a decent company such as DELL, Mahindra Tech etc.

The faculty of SDEC is well experienced and all faculties in my branch have more than 12 experience in teaching. They know very well how to teach. Their teaching style is truly extraordinary. Internal faculty explains any difficult topic in very simple language because they know how to teach very well. Our faculty were very good and supportive nature. They are highly educated in their subject. Our teachers were always available for my subjective and objective quarries. The faculty member also shared their life experience and I used to learn a lot from them, and I used to find a different way of thinking.

The faculties were fully qualified from different IIT and NITs. I remember one of my subject electronic media was taught by Mr. Vijay Sharma who completed his M.Tech from IIT Kanpur and has vast practical knowledge in his subject. Every faculty taught his subject in a very familiar language. About 30 faculty in my course.

Every year SDEC organises job fairs. In this job fair about 3000+ students participate and approx 1800+ student Selected by a different company and I am one of those students. I was selected by Havells India Ltd. Now I am posted as a junior executive in Pune. If you really wish for campus placement then you need a very good mark in the semester exam approx 72% in every semester exam and after this, you will also have to crack a job interview if you are good in study and also clear interview then you will get a job.

In terms of campus placements, my college was very credible. The training for job interview and placement hall is very effective. Before 8 to 10 month our faculty member motivated them to improve their communication skill and subject knowledge for job interview.

The college management gave us the opportunity to interview with the directing companies, Mahindra tech, Dell, Genpact, Wipro, Infosys, Cyrus InfoTech and many more.

The college hostel is well maintained as well as neat and clean. There were 4 hostels, 2 hostels for a girl and 2 hostels for boys. Both ac and non-ac hostel alternatives were available, this option is fully dependent on the student which he wants if he wants an ac hostel then the cost of ac hostel is Rs. 1 lac per year and non-ac hostel cost Rs. 55 thousand per year. The hostel was exceptionally safe as well as guarded and neat and clean. Only hostel boys or girls were allowed to go to his or her hostel with a hostel ID card.

Collage hostels have facilities like favorable (hot and cold) water supply, medical facilities, electricity backup, security, internet access and other facilities etc. The student had a large variety of options, from hostel bunch, college canteen. Festival was also celebrated quite nicely in the college hostel for all students who not choose to go home for holidays.

SDEC infrastructure is really remarkable and different from other colleges. The college is spread over 38 acres and its Building and block are well planned as well as eco friendly. Its internal infrastructure comes with LCD fitted hall, big drawing hall for engineering students, smart exhibition hall, 8 computer labs for enhancing the skill of the students, and 4 laboratories for the practical test. Its library contains about 20000+ books including Magazine, Technical book and Management book as well as abstract and a full test version of the major national journal in the field of engineering.

A library always opens for students 24 hours. SDEC also organizes sporting events on yearly basics. Our faculty member motivates us to participate in sports activities such as Table tennis, Volleyball, Football, Chess etc. SDEC playground is spread over 2.3 acres. Our college simply believes this statement "A SHARP MIND NEEDS A HEALTHY BODY TO SUPPORT IT". SDEC also provides health insurance medical care to our students. 2 medical room with a qualified doctor is already present to regular and intensive medical care.

My overall campus life was too good. The library there was very good for enhancing student skill. The SDEC provides time to time mentoring seminar and motivation seminar for students with a bright future. The college has two vital festivals on a yearly basis. Sunder Deep is conducted every year in order to reconnect with the Alumni and celebrate their success and miscellaneous achievements. More than 500 alumni all around the country participated in this meeting.

The Alumni Meet started with an invocation song seeking the blessings of almighty there was a large number of small events organized by collage such as quizzes, Chess, Dance competitions, robot race, swimming etc. Last time Sukh-E famous Singer had come on campus and many reputed person come on campus fest.
