This college is one of the best technology colleges in Kadapa. It helps so many students to achieve their goals. Main agenda of a B. Tech. student is to get a job in the top most MNCs. In this college, from the first year of B. Tech. itself they start CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) program parallel to academics. This is the reason I have joined this college. So, there is lot of scope for a student to be placed in a top company. The faculties are the senior most people; they are very strong in technological based subjects. It is a wonderful experience with this college especially in the computer labs and practical. There is no ragging; in fact the seniors are very helpful to gain knowledge in the corresponding aspects. It is the best college for Engineering.

My aim is to become a Software Developer in top MNC company. It motivated me to take CSE (Computer Science Engineering). To get a seat in SVIST Kadapa for this course we need to write an entrance exam conducted by A.P Govt. named EAPCET. If we get a good rank then we are eligible to take this course. Before that we need to pass 12th standard with at least 60% marks. Computer science is the best career option for an Engineering student.

Our faculty members are senior most lectures and professors. They are Ph. D. holders, gold medalists, fellowship students at Stanford University, and other higher institutions. They are well experienced to teach each and every topic practically and with deep sense of knowledge. Apart from academics they are the best moral supporters, can guide students according to their passion and knowledge rather than giving pressure to get ranks and marks only. We can improve our English speaking skills and communication skills required for industries with the help of every faculty member of our college.

Our college has a placement cell it helps many students to get placements in different companies. The highest package of our batch is 11 LPA in TCS. 80% students are placed in many companies which includes top most MNCs like Capgemini, HCL, Cognizant, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, etc.

Our college has no residential facility.

Infrastructure is one of the key aspect to provide knowledge to students. Coming to our college, well maintained infrastructural facilities are available. Especially, laboratories like physics, Chemistry, Computers, Mechanical labs are well equipped. Sports and games session are also present in our college to enhance students mentally and make them physically fit.

Campus Life is very good in this college with a lot of sweet memories like college fests, food fests, flash mobs, college annual day celebration, etc. The college has nearly 1,200 students in different branches. There are many more events along with cultural activities conducted by the management which gives everyone a great experience with this college. Canteen, library, college radio, play ground, etc. all are provided.
