Review of National College

Overall Rating
After joining national college I got exposure for my subject. Teachers were very kind towards the students. I am personally very happy to learn things in this atmosphere. The students of this college are well educated and neat towards their behavior. The infrastructure of the college is up to the level. The only demerit is that the buildings are quite old as compared to other colleges.
 

Academics Rating
I wanted to join only the Geology course. I searched for many colleges and finally I came to National College and it did not disappoint me. I'm well satisfied with the academics and the faculty present here. I think these staff members are very friendly with us and clarify our doubts in a gentle manner.
 

Faculty Rating
I'm satisfied with the entire faculty and few of them are little reserved. But they are not rude against us. They have very strong background with their subjects. Their teaching style makes them unique. Overall all the faculties are very good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, our college has placement facilities but our department doesn’t have enough placements. I think this can be provided better for the enrichment of the students’ careers.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes our college has separate hostels for both boys and girls. As I am a day scholar I do not have much information about the residential facilities provided.
 

Infrastructure Rating
We have a decent infrastructure in our college. Although the buildings are a bit old as the college started in the year 1919. A few new blocks are there as well. Certain departments are there in the new blocks. I am studying in the old block as our department is the oldest of all the departments in the college.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is not so much cinematic but we have a good ambiance and good students are around us. There are so many students studying in our college. Many fests were conducted earlier but now it has decreased a bit. There are also a few clubs present to help students interact with each other and engage in certain activities.

    I am studying in the third year of my UG at this institute in the Department of Geology. The past students of my department recommended me to join this institution. Many engagement activities happen in the institute such as Sports, NCC, NSS, Fine Arts Club, etc. Teachers in this college are experts in their respective subjects.     I am studying B.Sc Geology 2nd year here at National College. In all over Tamil Nadu this department facility is only good in National College than any other colleges. Staffs are well experienced and friendlier to us. Our college library is the 2nd largest in Tamil Nadu. Student can enjoy their college life here with their colleagues.     I am interested in this course so I joined this college. This college motivates me to study more and more and staffs gives lots of knowledge to us. Management helps in all the ways to get a perfect education from the institution. They give equal importance to the sports as well as studies.
