Good infrastructure and learned faculty

Overall Rating
I'm a student of ECE department in Rajalakshmi Engineering College. My college has the best infrastructure, labs, canteens, well maintained class rooms. My college is accredited by Anna University. There are many students who got top rankings in each department. The college became autonomous in the year 2017.
 

Academics Rating
I have joined electronic and communication engineering. I got placed under merit category. My aim is to get placed in a core company. I'm interested in embedded systems. The subjects are very appropriate for my course. Although it may seem difficult to understand the concept but with proper interest, it may be easy. I'm sure I'll get placed.
 

Faculty Rating
For my course there are more than 30 faculties. Overall number of faculties in my college is 100-120. Each staff has an average year of teaching 3-5 years. Faculties must have complete Masters in their respective fields. All the staff is knowledgeable and teaches to their best.
 

Placement Rating
The training and placement cell of my college provides enough training for us to get placed in top companies. TCS, CTS, Wipro, Zoho, Amazon, Cognizant, Infosys and many more companies come for recruitment. Amazon provides the highest package. TCS and CTS provide the average package. More that 80% students get placed in campus interview.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is provided for both boys and girls. 800 rooms for girls and 800 rooms for boys are allotted. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Fees structure for hostel is Rs. 60,000 per year including food and laundry. Only vegetarian food is available and up to mark. Two securities are allotted for each hostel and 5 wardens.
 

Infrastructure Rating
My college is campus size is more than 50 acres. There are 20 buildings in my college. Separate building for each department and there are 4 sections for each department. Two libraries one auditorium, basketball court, volleyball court, hand ball, football court and many are available. One health centre is located for each department.
 

Campus Rating
Often seminars are conducted for our well being, events to improve our communication skills. Many clubs like Rotaract, NSS, YRC, Tamil Mandram, Stem, etc. are conducted in my college and grand cultural are done once a year for 2 days.
