SKIT is number one college of RTU

Overall Rating
SKIT is a good College if you have a budget of Rs. 2 lakhs/ year including hostel and want to stay in Rajasthan state then go for it. It's more like a school because it's a very strict college about its rules and regulations. College is affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University and in that it ranks No. 1. Admission process via REAP form they select you by your JEE marks and gives second priority to your board marks. College management is good they take care of everything.
 

Academics Rating
I have joined B.Tech in information technology. There is no eligibility it depends on JEE cutoff if you want to get in the college fill this college in reap form according to your preference. If you will be eligible by JEE and board marks you will get this. It is in my budget, placement are good almost 70% students get placed in CS/IT the course and subjects are up to the mark. Absolutely if you are serious enough about your placement then definitely you will get campus placement.
 

Faculty Rating
Around 50 faculty for my department. Overall number of faculty is 300 around, every teacher has experience of 5 or more than that who are new and the old faculties have more than 13-15 years of experience. Some are PhD and M.Tech qualified facility yes they teach us according to are RTU syllabus.
 

Placement Rating
T&P cell always organise sessions for us and very helpful. Byjus, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Mtxs and lot more. Byjus provided Rs. 12 lakh package which is highest. Average package is Rs. 3.4 - 4.5 lacs. 70 percentage of students get placed.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is provided for all the students, total rooms are more than 150 rooms in girls hostel and boys hostel there are more than 300 rooms. In girls hostel there are 2 bed sharing rooms and in boys hostel they have separate rooms for everyone. Food quality is average just like every hostel but the give you option Jain food as well. Very tough and strict rules for hostel. In time for girls have 7 pm in summers and in winters 5pm and for boys 9 pm.
 

Infrastructure Rating
2 acre of campus area, everything is there and newly renovated classroom library, Labs and workshops, Auditorium etc. They also have facility of playground, cafeteria, and stores in campus. Yes they provide doctor in college as well.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is below average personally I didn't enjoyed. Every Wednesday they organise club activities. Which are very helpful every year in Feb they have organise fest for 10 days other than that there is no big celebration in college.

    I am in my first year of graduation at SKIT Jaipur. My overall experience here is very good till now. Factors that made me choose it were good infrastructure, good teachers, discipline, and many more. Well planned academics here make it different from other institutes; in other institutes, they focus less on studies whereas here the main focus is on studies. Also, the campus is ragging free....     I had a lot of options near me but I chose SKIT Jaipur because of its discipline and great infrastructure. My experience in this institute is pretty good. There is no place for ragging here. It is totally ragging free; in fact the seniors are very helping. The institute is like a family where everyone helps each other.
