Overall Rating
Overall J. M. Patel College is not very good college from learning and future point of view because this college does not provide you any great learning experience or growth experience. However, if you are not very good in studies and just want to get a degree then it is ok to go to this college because you can crack exams easily.
 

Academics Rating
As I said, this college has not given what I expected from the course. I opted here for Master of Science in Zoology. I got admission through spot rounds by giving CET exam you can also get admission here. Cutoff in CET is very less to get to this college. I enrolled in this program because I had already done B.Sc. and wanted to explore more so choose Master's of Science in Zoology here.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are good by the way from their behavioral point of view. They are supportive and helpful. They have also good educational background in their respective subjects. Also, they are in this profession from last 6 to 7 years. So, they have a lot of teaching experience as well. But the thing is the inconsistent lectures and lack of practical knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
There is nothing like placements exists here in this college. You have explored jobs on your own or you can also reach out to teachers and take their guidance about this.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are not there and are actually not needed because everybody in the college are basically localities here in Bhandara or live nearby so they up down to college.
 

Infrastructure Rating
College infrastructure is decent to good I would say and not very highly appreciable. They only have the limited facility necessary just to run the college. One building and two floors for the academics. College has good garden which is maintained daily. Also, the parking space is huge enough to accommodate all vehicles. Small ground is present nearby garden. Library facilities are also there.
 

Campus Rating
If you can enjoy your life on your own, then only you can enjoy here because the college on their own provides very few opportunities to enjoy. Very few events are organized like once in a quarter. Those events are zumba dance, freshers’ party and farewell. Competitions like singing, dancing and other competitions as well are also organized during this time. Sports competitions are also organized actively.

    My overall experience in the college was quite good and the college is very good in its infrastructure. The facilities are also very good in college. However, the academics were disappointing and so were the placements. College has no placement support and hence students remain jobless or go for higher education.
