The college offers various integrated programs like B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech and Ph.D in all Engineering specialization fields. Both management and counseling seats are available to get into college. The curriculum is decided based on the current industry needs and 40% of the syllabus is given by the department’s company partners. They provide higher preference to student's curriculum by assessing their syllabus knowledge by scheduling tests every now and then. RMK stands as an epitome in giving a high-quality education.

The course that I’m pursuing currently is Electronics and Communication. It's a really good course if you are interested in both hardware and software. The academics in RMK college are amazing. They provide digital course material which is uploaded in their college website itself so it will be easy for everyone to access. The teachers teach each chapter in detail so we can note down points from the lecture which will be helpful in studying. They also keep tests regularly to make the students study the chapters now and then. Professors also conduct class tests regularly so that it will be easy for the students to prepare for the final semester exams. The eligibility of this course would be a good cutoff mark. The course which I'm pursuing has a good market in the future, so if you are a software and hardware enthusiast I would recommend you to take this course.

The course which I opted is Information Technology. As I had special interest I have opted for the Information Technology and also because it is a growing course. The eligibility is bit higher among all the other courses. A good cutoff and knowledge would be well enough to enroll for this course. As IT has very fewer seats so they get filled quickly compared to the other branches.
