P.S.G. College of Nursing

The college has a dedicated Placement Cell in the campus to give the students an exposure to the real clinical opportunities. It has tie-ups with numerous hospitals to make sure that the students are exposed to all kinds of experiences to bring out highly qualified nurses. The cell also conducts several workshops, seminars, training programs, and field visits to broaden their perspectives. Interview training is provided so that the students are placed among the top hospitals.

Community Health Drives are conducted by the students in the rural areas for experience. The College has around 1300 bedded multi specialty hospitals to make the students well versed in all the fields such as ICU, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, nephrology, plastic surgery, pulmonology, radiology, etc by treating the patients.

The college has the necessary Infrastructure to ease the learning experience. The facilities include:

• Classroom: The classrooms of the college are made with a view to provide a comfortable, airy and Hi-Tech experience to the students.
• Laboratories: There are various labs present in the college for all the departments such as nutrition, pediatric, maternity, simulation, community health, etc. which are well equipped with all the necessary equipment.
• Library: The library of the college provides access to various book and non-book materials such as e-books, journals, periodicals and over 10K+ books.
• Sports: To keep the students physically and mentally fit, the students are provided with various indoor and outdoor sports such as badminton, chess, etc.
• Hostels: Accommodation facilities are made available to the students separately for boys and girls with clean and hygienic mess, study hall, indoor games, and other facilities.
