IICMR Pune Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025

The Institute of Industrial and Computer Management and Research Pune has a Training and Placement Cell or Placement Cell which is connected with National & Multi-National companies so that students can explore diverse job offers. Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Cipla, Citibank, and IBM are a few examples of such companies.

The cell also provides students with excellent Internship opportunities to aid them gain industrial experience & build professional connections so that they can secure high salary job offers from their dream companies. The highest and average salary packages secured by MCA students of the Institute are 6 LPA & 3.96 LPA, respectively.

‘Corporate Mentorship Programs’ are organised by cell & students are encouraged to attend these programs. • Step 2: Following this, in order to help students’ improve their aptitude & other technical skills, many pre-placement activities including employability enhancement programs are organised.
• Step 3: Then, students are provided with the chances to gain relevant working experience prior to final recruitment procedure via live projects & Summer Internship opportunities.
• Step 4: Subsequently, officers screen and shortlist students’ resumes and CVs as per the requirements of JDs (job description).
• Step 5: Final hiring and interview process is carried out in order to provide job offers to the deserving students.
