Note: Along with the above-given fees, students need to pay other charges like security deposit of Rs. 5000/-, (refundable) and Rs. 600/- for Hostel Management System (per year). * Also, students who want to stay in the hostels during vacation need to pay Rs. 5000/- for each month (without mess). There are additional electricity charges for the students of executive & premium rooms.

• Students of the on-campus accommodations should stay at their allotted rooms as they are not allowed to change their rooms / hostels without obtaining written permission from their wardens or chief wardens.
• While residing at the campus hostels, female students are required to return to their allotted rooms by 7:00 PM (Summer) & 6:00 PM (Winter). Moreover, for winters, boys’ students should be back by 7:30 PM.
• In the University’s hostels, ragging is strictly restricted. Residents who are found guilty of this will have to face strict disciplinary actions.
• Hostellers are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol, smoking and keeping fire arms, weapons, poisonous substances, drugs, intoxicants, etc. inside their significant rooms.
• Inmates are not permitted to keep any kind of private vehicles at the Institution’s hostel.
• Wardens have authority to check rooms of inmates if there is suspicion of any kind of unlawful activity or violation of hostel rules.
• Boarders should not cook at the residential complexes.
• Use of electrical items such as iron, kettle, electric rod, and others are prohibited within the hostels.
