Avantika University, Ujjain offers separate accommodation to male and female students within its campus. The University has hostel blocks which are Aavaas 1 and Aavaas 2 for girls and boys, respectively. To maintain the decorum in the hostel premises, students have to follow the rules & regulations prescribed by the authorities of the Avantika University; some of these are as follows:

• To go outside the hostels, residents should obtain prior permission from the warden at least 24 hours before with parent’s signatures. In any case, hostellers will not be allowed to stay outside the campus between 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.
• Students should only reside in their allotted rooms and should efficiently use water and electricity.
• Use of electrical appliances are strictly forbidden other than the ones already provided to the students in their allotted rooms. Moreover, it is mandatory to turn off all the electronic devices before leaving the room.
• Without prior permission, residents are not allowed to keep any furniture apart from the fixtures already provided by the authorities. TV and music systems are prohibited in individual hostel rooms.
• Every morning and evening, attendance will be taken by the wardens at specified time and students’ absence during that time without any prior notice will not be entertained.
• Ragging, misbehaving, smoking, drinking, damaging the hostel property, and physically assaulting other residents are against the rules of the hostel. Strict actions like suspension, rustication, and others will be taken against the students found involved in such activities.
• Residents should not create nuisance in order to maintain the decorum & discipline at the hostels. Moreover, a Avantika Hostel Management Committee (AHMC) is available to look into this matter.

The hostels at Avantika University Campus offer various facilities to the residents to provide a homely environment. All the rooms at each hostel are fully-furnished with adequate amenities and allotted on double & triple sharing basis.

A mess is present at the hostels which provides 4 meals to hostellers per day, i.e. breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. In addition to this, 2 canteens are present within the campus of the University to serve nutritious & healthy vegetarian meals to the students.
