Apex University started its operations under the aegis of ‘Sanjay Shiksha Samiti’ and received the status of University in the year 2018 and is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The University is approved by UGC & All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

The University is recognised by PCI, BCI, Indian Nursing Council (INC), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Rajasthan Nursing Council (RNC), Association of Indian Universities (AIU), and Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).

Apex University is popular among the students for its industry-relevant curriculum, strong placement records, and modern infrastructure. There are 140+ courses at the University, which are available at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Certificate, and Doctoral level.

There are several Faculties at the University including Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Commerce & Management, Faculty of Basic Life & Applied Science, and others.

Admission Process

Apex University admission to the desired courses can be completed by the students through both offline and online mode. The seats of the University are filled on the basis of merit and Institutional level entrance cum scholarship test i.e., AUCET, counselling, and for some courses, interviews as well.

Students are facilitated with Apex University scholarships to help them manage their financial loads while they complete their education. However, only those students who are enrolled in the programs except the ones which are listed below can avail the scholarships:

Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana

This scholarship which is offered in the form of a definite percentage of the course fee is provided to the students who have a humble background and require support to complete their education. The details of the scholarship are as follows:

*The access to this scholarship is provided to the student after the approval of Chairman’s Secretariat and with submission of original death certificate.

Merit-based Scholarships

The scholarship is offered to the students who have secured 60% or above marks in the qualifying examinations for both UG and PG programs. The details including scholarship percentage and percentage in 12^th Class for UG & Graduation percentage for PG courses are mentioned the following table:

*The percentage for 12^th Standard will be calculated on the basis of 5 core / main subjects. Moreover, at most 10% of the total seats will be offered this scholarship.

AUCET Scholarship

Students who have performed with excellence in the AUCET exam are liable to receive this scholarship. For more details kindly check the following table:

National Level Entrance Exam -Based Scholarships

These scholarships are granted to the students who have secured excellent marks / percentiles in the National-level examinations such as CUET, JEE (Main), CAT & other Management exams, etc.

UG and PG students who are enrolled in the University are eligible to avail this scholarship, the details are as follows:

The students who are enrolled in the engineering courses are granted this scholarship based on the following criteria:

• CAT / MAT / CMAT / ATMA / XAT Scholarship

MBA program students are eligible for this scholarship on the basis scores / percentage received in the entrance exams conducted for Management courses across India. The details for the same are as follows:
