The cell has formed a structured and systematic procedure to conduct recruitment drives, ensuring that talented and skilled students can explore diverse employment offers with attractive packages.

Following is a step-by-step guide for Kingston Educational Institute placement process:

• Step 1: The recruitment procedure starts when Placement Cell receives job descriptions (JDs) and other hiring requirements from the participating companies; these are forwarded to the students enrolled in the Kingston Educational Institute Courses. Afterwards, the cell shares students’ profiles with the recruiters.
• Step 2: Following this, companies conduct pre-placement talks & presentations in order to introduce their organisation, define work culture, and share job profiles they are offering with the students.
• Step 3: In the next step, companies visit the campus of the Institute to carry out their individual selection process that consists of several rounds. Once the selection procedure ends, the companies extend offer letters to the qualified students.
• Step 4: Finally, students who have received offer letters join the companies to start their professional journey. Also, students joining prior to the end of final semester are permitted to visit the Institute solely for final examinations.
