Shimurali Sachinandan College of Education, Nadia West Bengal was established in the year 1978 as Public Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Teaching. Shimurali Sachinandan College of Education is approved by the reputed NCTE, and is affiliated with WBUTTEPA, Kolkata.
Shimurali Sachinandan College of Education (SSCE) which was formerly known as Bhagirathi Post Graduate Teachers Training College was established in 1978. The college is affiliated with WBUTTEPA and recognised by NCTE. Also, SSCE College is accredited by NAAC with Grade “A”.
Vision: The College of education equips students with necessary skills to deal with the future challenges by inculcating the right attitude along with knowledge, social values, ethics, and ideals and achieving excellence.
Mission: The mission of SSCE is to inspire students towards acquiring efficient knowledge and skills that can develop their personality and hence they can help the society. It aims to prepare professionals who are socially concerned and spiritually oriented citizens of the country.
