Dhole Patil College of Physiotherapy: Admission 2024, Fees, Pune

The campus of Dhole Patil College of Physiotherapy is spread over 15 acres of land. The college offers modern infrastructure and state-of-art facilities to its students. The facilities and infrastructure plays a significant role in forming an engaging learning environment for students. There are properly ventilated classrooms in the college that are equipped with modern technology for making the topics easy to understand. Several extracurricular activities and training sessions are conducted by the college for maintaining an engaging learning environment for the students. Some of these activities are Karate Sessions, Independence Day Celebration, Mental Health Awareness Program, National Sports Day Celebration, Guest Lectures, and many more. Several other facilities are also available at DPCOP for the students, some of which are mentioned below:

• Laboratories: There are properly equipped laboratories in DPCOP that allows the students to gain practical and more detailed knowledge about different topics. Laboratories that are present in DPCOP are Human Anatomy Lab, Human Physiology Lab, Electrotherapy Lab, Kinesiotherapy Lab, and many more. All of the required equipment and instruments are available in the laboratories so that the students can learn and practice properly.
• Library: There is a peaceful library in the college with a wide range of reading material related to different topics and areas of study. Magazines, journals, books, reference books, and other learning resources are accessible to the students in the library. Computer and internet facilities are also present in the library for students to search articles and other academic information. The library also has a collection of fiction, non-fiction, motivational and other books.
• Hostel: The hostels at DPCOP are present inside the campus. Here hostels are available for both boys and girls students. The hostels have properly maintained rooms with facilities such as a table, chair, cupboard, attached toilets and hot water facilities. The hostels have a positive environment and 24x7 security for the safety of the students. A reading room, indoor and outdoor games facilities are also available in the hostels. In addition to these, medical checkups are also conducted by the college on a regular basis.
• Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre: DPCOP has an Out Patient Department (OPD) that provides treatment to the people at reasonable rates. It also provides treatment to students and staff members of the college. Here services are provided for different conditions like fractures, sports injuries, tennis elbow, arthritis, asthma, paralysis, diabetes, and many more.
• Canteen: The canteen at DPCOP offers a variety of nutritious and fresh food to the students and faculty members. The canteen has proper seating arrangements and clean ambience for the students. This is a hub where students like to eat, relax and socialise with other students of the college.
• Sports: Both indoor and outdoor games facilities are available at DPCOP for students. There is a huge sports ground inside the campus in which different games are played. Archery, football, cricket and basketball are some of the majorly played games in the college.
• Transport Facilities: Transport facilities are provided by the college to the staff members and students for ensuring their safe ride to and from the campus. Drop and pickup facilities are provided for every location within Pune.
