Formerly known as Geeta Engineering College, the Geeta University was established in 2022. Located at Panipat, Haryana, the State Private University was formed under the aegis of the Geeta Group of Institutions (GGI) and is approved by UGC & AICTE. It is recognised by BCI, PCI, and the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
The Geeta University Panipat has around 10 Schools & Institutes such as Geeta Institute of Pharmacy, Geeta Global Law School, School of Computer Science & Engineering, and many more. These educational institutions offer more than 70 programs at a reasonable fee structure to the students at the UG, PG, Diploma, Certificate, and Doctoral levels.
The R. World Institutional Ranking ranked the University on a Silver Band under the ‘Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Rankings’ in 2022.

Admission Process
The admission seats shall be filled by the University based on the merit marks in the qualifying exam.
Students can apply for admission at the Geeta University via online mode by filling in the application form available at its official website. For offline admission, students can either visit the campus of the University or the nearest Admission Office of the GU Panipat.
Note: Students whose results are awaited will be granted provisional admission.

The Career Development Centre (CDC) at the Geeta University is responsible for providing requisite guidance to the students and aid to their holistic growth. Additionally, there is a Training & Placement Cell functioning under the CDC and the Geeta Finishing School (GFS) that provide professional training to the students. The CDC has connections with leading National & Multinational companies to facilitate Geeta University Placement opportunities to the students.
