Kishkinda University

The Kishkinda University Bellary has a Placement Cell which supports students through career counseling sessions. The cell has associations with numerous companies and organisations in order to facilitate Kishkinda University Placement opportunities to the students.

Previously, the students of Kishkinda University Bellary have been placed in companies such as TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Accenture, Tata Elxsi, Cognizant, HCL, Mahindra Logistics, Zscaler, etc.

The Kishkinda University Campus is spread over approximately 50 acres of land. It is located near Sindhigeri, Siruguppa Road, Ballari (formerly known as Bellary), Karnataka. The University has an ultramodern infrastructure with Wi-Fi facility and various blocks including an Academic Block wherein the classrooms are equipped with multimedia projectors for interactive learning.

Round the clock CCTV surveillance is available for the safety of the students. Additionally, lifts and ramps have been constructed to provide access to all the corners of the campus to the differently abled students.

Other amenities available at the Kishkinda University Bellary campus for the students are stated below:

• Library: The library of the University is automated and stocked with various study materials like books, titles, etc. in multiple specialisations. The University has subscribed to e-learning resources like National Digital Library (NDL) and National & International journals.
• Laboratories: The computer lab at the KU Bellary is fully-fledged with ample workstations. Additionally, there are various laboratories in the University for departments such as Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, etc. The laboratories are well-maintained and equipped with requisite resources for providing hands-on learning to the students.
• Cafeteria: The cafeteria of the Kishkinda University Bellary is clean and hygienic. Students are served tasty meals as per their taste preferences at an affordable price.
• Hostel: The University provides home-like separate residential facilities to the male & female students. Around 6 hostel blocks are available to provide hostel facilities to the students. A mess is available at the Kishkinda University Hostel to serve hygienically prepared food to the hostellers. Other amenities available at the hostel premise include Wi-Fi, sports, gymnasium, etc.
• Sports: The University has huge fields for sports such as Hockey, Cricket, Football, etc. Indoor and outdoor courts are available for sports such as Volleyball, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, etc. A Gymnasium is available for the students to stay physically fit.
• Transportation: The University owns around 18 buses to fulfil the transportation needs of the students and staff.
• Healthcare Facilities: There is a health centre in the University campus that is open 24x7 for the students and staff. Ambulance is also available for emergency cases.
