Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education & Research came into existence in the year 1998. Since the inception of this institute, it has made great efforts to fulfill its mission. As a result, the academia has become a significant player in the field of Pharmacy Education. The cadre of experienced and qualified faculty and professionals with outstanding skills in research, teaching, and industry assist students to achieve their future goals.
The mission of the institute is to be among the best educational institute by offering quality education to the students and indulge them in Research. The institute also aims to become the world leader in improving the living standard of individuals by providing excellent education in the ever-changing global society. It aims to modernize the education profession through constant research on learning and teaching. The institute inculcates techno-commercial skills, hi-tech knowledge and inventive, innovative research approach to the students.
The institute is approved by the AICTE and PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) and affiliated to the Government of Karnataka and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Academia is attached to 350 bedded Cauvery Medical Center for clinical training.
Academia treasures a well-equipped library with 26,000 books, 2200 active journals, and 57 E-journals. Students can spend their precious time in the library to grab the knowledge. They can study as well as issue the books of their choice for a particular time. Institute follows strict attendance criteria and a minimum of 80% attendance is required for theory as well as practical classes to appear in the sessional and annual examination.
