IQ City Knowledge and Health Campus, Durgapur has modern architecture which is surrounded by a serene lush green environment. Additionally, the premises include state-of-the-art amenities in each of its 3 Institutes i.e., IQ City Medical College, IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and IQ City Institute of Nursing Sciences.
IQ City Durgapur is developed across a sprawling land of about 100 acres. Along with this the facilities included within the IQ City Durgapur campus includes spacious classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports, hostels, transport, and the list goes on with many others.
The campus of the Institution contains ample amenities which aid students to grow in both scholastic and non-scholastic areas. Additionally, there are multiple spacious, well-ventilated classrooms which contain multimedia systems, whiteboards, projectors, etc. to facilitate students with sessions in which they can interact & engage actively. Most of the classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners, have gallery-style seating arrangement, and ergonomic furniture to assist students with sufficient comfort during lectures.
Along with this, lecture theatres are present at the campus of the Institution for addresses or sessions that involve participation of a large number of students. Furthermore, there is a modern auditorium which has the necessary sound and light systems which facilitates in conducting a number of large-scale events & functions. Additionally, adequate safety & security measures are present with the same.

- Library: There is a library present in each of the Institutes of the IQ City Durgapur campus. Moreover, the libraries comprise ample resources including textbooks, reference books, National & International journals, periodicals, CDs / DVDs, and several others.
Apart from this, resources can be accessed through online mode as e-learning facility is provided to the students within the library. Additionally, students can comfortably read, write, and complete their academic assessments, etc. at the air-conditioned reading spaces available at the library.
- Laboratories: Within the IQ City Durgapur campus, there are latest-configured systems within the computer laboratories through which students can enhance their skills sets & technical proficiency. Furthermore, the departments such as Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc. have laboratories through which students are able to experiment and learn concepts in real-time.
Departmental laboratories of the Institution are Nursing lab, Bio Chemistry lab, Computer-Assisted Learning (CAL) lab, SKILLS lab, etc.
- Sports: The Institution focuses on enhancing students’ physical health along with cognitive abilities; therefore, it has top-notch outdoor & indoor games facilities. Additionally, the outdoor sports amenities include Volleyball Court, Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Lawn Tennis Court, Cricket Field, Football Field, etc.
Moreover, students can play indoor games such as Table Tennis, Carrom, and Chess as adequate facilities are present for the same within the premises of the Institution.
- Hostel: The on-campus residential facilities of the Institution are separately present for the female and male students. Additionally, the AC & Non-AC hostel rooms are equipped with beds, tables, chairs, etc. and are available in multiple occupancies.
Apart from this, the IQ City Durgapur Hostels has state-of-the-art facilities including mess, canteen, round-the-clock security, Wi-Fi, recreational zones, common rooms, study rooms, etc.
- Cafeteria: The cafeterias & canteens have a number of snacks and delicious food items which are prepared hygienically to fulfill diverse dietary requirements of the student. It is ensured that students are able to avail the meals and beverages at a nominal price rate. Additionally, the canteens are spacious and can accommodate about 100 students.
- Transportation: There is a fleet of buses at the Institution which assists in the easy and comfortable commute of the students from the campus to the destination locations in the nearby town.
- Healthcare Facility: Students enrolled in the Institution can avail medical treatment promptly from the ‘IQ City Medical College Hospital’ which is present within the premises. It facilitates students with healthcare and treatments from minor to major ailments, however, ambulance services are present, if the student has to be travelled to another location / medical facility.
- Gymnasium: It is a requirement for the students to maintain good health while pursuing education. Hence, the Institution has a modern gym which is equipped with tread mill, cable cross over, etc. which is accessible to the students for exercise.
- Banking: The campus of the Institution has a branch of the ‘State Bank of India’ and its ATM to facilitate students with banking-related services.
