Atharva University

Atharva University was established in 2025 under the aegis of Atharva Educational Trust. Its former name is Atharva Group of Institutes. The campus is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra and it is approved by UGC, recognised by BCI & Council of Architecture (COA), and accredited by NAAC. Moreover, it is a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

UG, PG, and Ph.D level programs are offered to the students under 9+ Schools including School of Engineering & Technology, School of Business Management, School of Computer Science and Applications, School of Architecture & Planning, and many more.

* For the aforementioned UG courses, the minimum passing marks in the respective qualifying examination is 45% . On the other hand, for the PG courses like MBA, MCA, etc., students should have secured at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination. 5% relaxation in qualifying marks will be granted to students belonging to reserved categories.

** Apart from the courses given above, B.Sc, B.Des, B.Arch, M.Sc, M.A, etc. are offered to the students.

Note: Atharva University conducts its own entrance examination for different UG and PG programs. It is known as Atharva University All India Entrance Test (AU-AIET). Students who have not appeared in any of the entrance tests can appear in AU-AIET.

Admission Process

Eligible and interested students can apply for the Atharva University Mumbai admission by following the steps mentioned below:

• Step 1: Before applying, students should check the eligibility and entrance examination scores required for the desired course by visiting the official website of the Atharva University.
• Step 2: Fill the online application form accurately through the official website.
• Step 3: Make the payment of the application fees.
• Step 4: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for selection rounds and document verification. This process can take place either online or on campus.
• Step 5: Students who are selected for admission will be communicated about the same by the concerned authorities.
• Step 6: Secure the offered seat by making the payment of the admission fee before the stipulated date.
• Step 7: Post this, an Admission Letter will be issued to join the University.

Selection Process

Admission selections of the students will be based on marks obtained in entrance examination, personal interview, Portfolio Assessment, Group Discussion, and other applicable factors depending on the respective program.

Reservation Criteria

The University follows the reservation norms stated by the Government of Maharashtra and the directives of the competent statutory authorities for filling the admission seats of various programs. The reservation seats are available for students belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwD categories, and the ones having Maharashtra domicile.
