    Exciting campus life of DiSTians
    Admission to BJMC at DiST requires 50% marks and above aggregate in UG degree. It also requires all the other necessary requirements for PG admission in MG University. You can enroll either through CAP (Centralised Admission Process) of MG University or through DiST’s official website. DiST being affiliated to MG University follows their syllabus for exams but do include whatever is necessary and important for the students. We do get opportunities to enroll for add-on courses on Photography, Videography, and Malayalam typing with typeit software, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop in different semesters. We also have a partnership with Goodness channel, which helps in gaining practical experience in news reporting and visual media field. If the students are interested, they can also indulge in different internships while completing the course.

    Dist College, Angamaly: Modern facilities and committed faculties provided.
    Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication is a 2 year PG program. Any student who has completed a valid degree course with 50 percent marks in any stream from a recognized University can apply for the course. Students who wish to acquire job in media industry or any other streams such as Ad agency, etc. can join the program.

    Master in Journalism and Mass Communication is a two year PG course. Students who wish to work in Journalism profession in television, radio or print or any other field. Students who have passed out with a degree certificate in any stream with a 50 percentage of marks from a recognized University can join the program.
