Banasthali Vidyapith believes in both and they are two core things, scientific achievements and spiritual values. The founder of this university Pandit Hiralalji Shashtri started the educational institute in 1943 which finally took the shape of the university in the year 1983. Sporting Facilities –There are many stations made for programs like aerobics, exercise, fitness, and martial arts during the morning. While at evening the girls are asked to join the trainers and coaches for outdoor activities like handball, kho-kho, kabaddi, swimming, cricket, archery and others. Hostel Facilities – As many as 31 hostels are there at the campus. The hostel capacity ranges from eighty to one twenty students in each hostel. It’s a residential campus and every student who put up beyond 2.5km from the campus had to stay at the campus. Every hostel has their own mess, but some of the facilities like the recreation areas and common rooms and study rooms are shared.
There are convenience stores, cafeteria, hospital, auditorium, music & dance room and other facilities at the campus which are best in class.
Banasthali Vidyapith came into existence in the year 1935. The founder Pandit Hiralal Shastri and Smt. Ratan Shastri had decided to fill up the emptiness caused by the sudden demise of their promising and highly talented daughter Shantabai. This fully residential institution offers education from primary to the doctoral level.
