IPS Academy (IPSA), Indore has an eco-friendly environment as it has sustainable and modern architecture which integrates green initiatives. Additionally, there are amenities including lifts, ramps, wheelchairs, etc. at the premises of the Institute to facilitate differently-able students with convenience.
IPS Academy is developed across a land of over 58 acres and is surrounded by lush greenery. Furthermore, students can access a number of amenities at the IPS Academy campus including classrooms, laboratories, library, hostels, sports, transportation, and the list goes on with many others.
The premises of the Institute has state-of-the-art well-ventilated spacious classrooms which are equipped with multimedia projectors and other essential digital equipment through which students are able to learn through audio-visual aid. Moreover, multiple tutorial rooms are present at the IPS Academy campus in which brainstorming sessions, group discussions, etc. are organised.
Moreover, there are seminar halls through which the Institute conducts a number of webinars, seminars, presentations, guest lectures, etc. Along with this, the campus of the Institute has an open-air theatre which can accommodate about 2000 students. Apart from this, the campus has about 5 auditoriums from which 4 can have a seating capacity of 250 students and remaining 1 can seat about 100 students.
Some of the significant amenities which are present at the campus of the Institute which aid students to grow holistically are as follows:
- Library: IPS Academy campus has about 6 libraries which includes both the central and the departmental ones. Moreover, the libraries have a huge collection of resources which aid students to gather information respective to their domain and interests. Additionally, the collection of libraries include 1,00,000+ books, around 155 journals and magazines, 45+ newspapers, 1905+ bound periodicals, and about 1955 CDs.
Along with the same, students have access to the digital library which facilitates them with 97000+ e-books, 6000+ e-journals, and other such e-resources. Furthermore, circulation, reference, reprography, book bank, and other such services are provided to the students of the Institute at the library.
- Laboratories: There is a computer centre at the Institute’s campus which contains multiple systems through which students complete their projects and tasks related to academics easily. Along with this, there are several computer labs which assist students in learning computing skills, finding information on the web, etc.
The Institute has many departments including Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, etc. which facilitates students with laboratories for experiments and application-based learning. Some of the departmental labs of the Institute include Engineering Chemistry lab, Environmental Engineering lab, Language lab, Material Research lab, and several others.
- Sports: To ensure students stay healthy and fit while pursuing their education, the Institute organises sports tournaments within the campus. Moreover, the students are able to engage in outdoor sports through the facilities such as grounds & courts available for Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Cricket, etc.
Furthermore, within the campus, students can play indoor games including Table Tennis, Chess, Badminton, Rifle shooting, Carrom, and many more.
- Hostel: The campus of the Institute contains accommodations which are equipped with excellent amenities and facilitate students with a home-away-from-home like environment. Moreover, the IPS Academy Hostels have rooms with multiple occupancies and they are fully-furnished with basic necessities.
Apart from this, the residential facilities include a mess, CCTV surveillance, recreational spaces, indoor & outdoor games arenas, etc.
- Cafeteria: Students can access the cafeteria of the Institute in order to avail a number of snacks, meals, beverages of their choice.
- Transportation: A fleet of buses and other vehicles are present at the IPS Academy Indore campus for the purpose of safely commuting students to their destination places in the nearby locations.
- Healthcare Facility: An infirmary & a ‘Medical Unit’ are available in IPS Academy campus to aid students with treatments and adequate healthcare through the assistance of qualified professionals and nurses. Moreover, ambulances are available in the premises to aid students to travel to nearby hospitals for emergency medical emergencies.
- Banking: To aid students with banking facilities, there is a branch of ‘IPS Credit Sahakarita’ and an ATM.
