First year faculty is quite good and responsive. Some of them are strict but they are also good you will not be disappointed by the first year professors. In the second there, the attitude of professor quite changed as the student can't leave the college they become more strict and reduce your independence and make call to parents for even for a mere class test. Especially those who are quite old in the college. And this strictness and attitude increase year on year. And in third and year there comes a new faculty who are new to these the College and are terrible at teaching, there are only some of them you can teach very well and others are just terrible literally student are making noise, using phone and they do nothing.
