HITM Ambala has a Training and Placement Cell which is responsible for the management of placement and recruitment of the students. The institute organises pre-placement talks, group discussions, interviews, industrial visits, etc. which help in providing industry related training to the students. Internships and other activities help students to gain a practical understanding of their classroom learning.

• Library: The library situated at the institute’s campus provides the latest collection of relevant academic books, research journals, newspapers, magazines, project reports, previous exams papers and e-resources. • Hostel: Separate and Comfortable accommodation facilities are provided by the institute. The rooms at the hostels are fully air conditioned, and furnished with beds, study tables, chairs, cupboards, etc. There are common room facilities equipped with TV, Newspaper, Magazines, and Indoor Games, which are used for recreational activities.

HITM Ambala Hostels are managed by Chief Warden, and Security Personnel. The canteen and mess facility help students by providing them hygienic food, beverages, snacks, and other required items.

• Seminar Hall: To organise various curricular and extracurricular events, the institute has established a well furnished seminar hall. It is equipped with latest LCD Projectors, Multimedia tools, and other modern equipment, which are used during guest lectures, group discussions, seminars, workshops, etc.
