ASM follows certain eligibility criteria while taking the admissions of students. Students applying here need to have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks from a renowned foreign or national institute. Apart from this, the students will be short-listed on the basis of their marks in ATMA/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ CAT for PGDM – Marketing or only PGDM. After being short-listed, the student will have to appear in PI, GD, and other common tests.

To make the placement journey of the students easy and smooth, the institute has established a Placement Cell. The Apeejay Education Society built up the Apeejay School of Management Dwarka in 1993, in New Delhi. The campus of the college spreads around 2 acres of land with excellent infrastructure and academic facilities. The ASM endeavors to create skillful and significant manpower for the twenty-first century needs of exchange, business, and industry. The School provides different programs for upgrading the capability of students, improving human qualities, maintaining the Indian value framework, all acting in an association as a vehicle for development at the national and universal level, along these lines making it a "student-driven" university of higher learning. This management institution is affiliated to AICTE and accredited to ACBSP and AACSB.
The institute offers a 2-year full-time program of Post Graduate Diploma in Management having different specialization like Marketing, International Business, Finance, HRM, and Information Technology. To take admission in the given course, candidates must have passed either CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT entrance examinations. Selected candidates are then called for a group discussion and face-to-face interview.
All students must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% in each course registered. In case of any shortage, the branch will consider and may manage the shortage up to a limit of 10% in special cases. Since the time of its establishment, the college is maintaining its ranking amongst the top management schools in India.
