The University’s Career Hub assists students in enhancing their employability skills by providing them adequate support. It focuses on various concepts of career building and assists students to make right decisions. The Skill Development Centre of University of Mysore provides various personal and online facilities for students so that they can become professionals and understand current industry trends. The Design Hub provides students a platform where students can work on innovative business ideas, creations, and develop prototypes. Here mentors from multiple sectors provide guidance, real life experiences, and support to students so that they can execute their ideas into reality. The Incubation Centre provides structured mentoring and support to selected business ideas of a few students.

The Administrative Offices of University of Mysore comprises of Crawford Hall and an Imposing building. This place also has offices of Registrar, Finance Officer, Vice-Chancellor, and Public Grievance Cell. The University’s campus has been declared as Green Campus as solar panels have been installed within the premises. E-Cart services are also being introduced by the university to minimise pollution. Some of the facilities provided by UoM Mysore are described below:

• Auditorium: There are approximately 10 auditoriums within the campus that are used to promote co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Most of the university’s departments have seminar halls to conduct academic activities. The campus also has an Open-Air theatre that can occupy approximately 10000 people.
• Library: The library within the campus has a collection of approximately 1250000 Bound Volumes, Journals, Books, Theses, Manuscripts, and Reports. It also provides access to 7000+ e-Journals, 30000+ e-Books, and OPAC. In the Postgraduate Departments of the university there are Departmental Libraries.
• Cafeteria: There is a Canteen which is centrally situated within the campus. It caters to the food requirements of students and faculties.
• Hostel: The University has hostel facilities for national and international students. All the rooms of the hostels are furnished and maintained. Basic facilities are provided within the premises of the hostels for comfortable living of students. 
• Sports: All the sports activities happening in the campus are supervised by the Directorate of Physical Education. Sports facilities provided by the university include Tennis Court, Indoor Stadium, Cricket Ground, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, etc. The Directorate of Physical Education encourages students to take part in sports tournaments organised on National, Zonal, and International Levels.
• Health Centre: The campus has around 2 Health Centres that fulfil the medical requirements of students and staff.
• Transport Facility: Students and faculties can use Electric Battery Vehicles to travel within the premises of the campus.
• Other Facilities: Printing Press, Museums / Cells, Banking Facilities, International Centre, Postal Services, NSS, Day Care Centre, etc.
