To provide its students with better career opportunities and help them in shaping their future, the college has established a Placement Cell. This cell trains and educates both national and international students and is responsible for:

• Providing job opportunities to students in NGOs, hospitals, and nursing industries at both national and international levels.
• Organising professional curriculum for students in collaboration with experienced, knowledgeable, and certified professionals.
• Providing individual assistance to students and helping them with placement and other applications.
• Organising internships and summer programs for students to provide them with better exposure to the industry.
• Organising career activities like hospital visits, conferences, workshops, and seminars.

For the betterment of the students, the college has affiliated with some hospitals, under the parent hospital Trustwell Hospital, JC Rd, Bangalore. The affiliated hospital helps the students in getting the clinical posting or summer internships. Some hospitals that have collaborated with Ikon Nursing College are Victoria Hospital, Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health, VaniVilas Hospital, Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, etc.

Situated on Bangalore-Mysore Express Highway, this College provides world-class infrastructure, an eco-friendly campus, and modern amenities to its students. Some major facilities that this college provides are:
