The CEPT University campus is developed on an area of over 15 acres of land. The entire premise is Wi-Fi enabled to promote collaborative learning among the students. To create a safe & secure campus environment, CCTVs are installed for surveillance and security guards are deployed.
The students studying at the CEPT University are offered the following facilities for their all-round development:
- Academic Facilities: Classrooms, lecture halls, library, laboratories, workshops, auditorium, seminar rooms, amphitheatre, etc.
- Non-Academic Facilities: Sports, Canteens, Hostel, Healthcare, Gymnasium, and so on.
The capacious classrooms, lecture halls, and studios are set up with the latest teaching tools to conduct interactive learning sessions. Additionally, the University features a ‘Balwantrai N. Brahmbhatt Lecture Hall’ having a theatre-style seating arrangement that can accommodate nearly 429 individuals. The space is well-equipped with a podium, and modern multimedia & lighting systems; it is used for organising large-scale academic activities.
At the University’s auditorium, sufficient seating capacity along with amenities such as speakers, projector, presentation screen, etc. is there. In addition to this, a conference room, discussion rooms, seminar rooms / halls, and meeting rooms with modern AV aids have been set up at the CEPT University campus to efficiently host numerous student and learning activities.
To make certain that students with physical disabilities get a barrier-free accessibility to all infrastructural facilities, ramps, lifts, and other such provisions have been constructed. The remaining facilities include common area, CEPT exhibition centre, amphitheatre / kund, and stationery and advanced printing shop, to name a few.

- Library: The ‘Lilavati Lalbhai Library’ is present in a separate building inside the CEPT University Ahmedabad campus and covers a space of nearly 2774 square metres. It has 60,000+ learning materials like books, theses, journals, maps, documents, students’ reports, and more.
It has adequate seating space and study cubicles wherein students can learn in an uninterrupted environment. Around 27 PCs are installed in the library along with Wi-Fi & LAN connection so that students can access the online learning platforms & e-resources. Furthermore, facilities like scanning & photocopying, drop box, inter-library loan, current awareness service, and several others are provided to the readers.
- Laboratories: A computer lab with requisite number of PCs is present within the campus wherein students can use the same to enhance their digital skills. The University ensures that students learn to apply their theoretical knowledge into practical aspects through the tools & equipment installed at the modern labs.
Some of the department-specific labs that are located in the premises are Concrete Technology laboratory, Environmental Engineering laboratory, Conservation Material Testing laboratory, Fluid Mechanics laboratory, etc.
Moreover, there is a CEPT workshop building that is spread in approximately 11,625 square metres of land and houses a Clay workshop, Metal workshop, and Wood workshop, to name a few. These spaces have technologically advanced machineries to provide experiential learning to the students.
- Sports: Students’ participation is encouraged in the tournaments conducted by the University to help them in building leadership skills and stay active. The CEPT University campus has a ‘Shrenikbhai Plaza’ comprising Grounds for Cricket & Football.
Dedicated Courts for outdoor games such as Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, and more are also set up at the premises. For indoor sports like Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, and several others, requisite amenities are available.
- Hostel: The outstation students are offered with hostel facilities at the multi-storey ‘CEPT Residency’. The boys and girls are accommodated on separate floors wherein the air-conditioned CEPT University Hostel rooms with attached washroom are available on a double-seater sharing basis. The facilities available for boarders include mess, pantry, laundry services, Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, a cafeteria, and first-aid, ensuring a comfortable stay.
- Canteens: Within the CEPT University campus, a ‘North Canteen’, ‘South Canteen’, and ‘East Canteen’ are there with requisite seating arrangement. Here, various counters are available including South Indian food café, fruit juice shop, tea shop, etc. Students can spend time with their friends during lecture breaks and have fast food, snacks, dishes, and beverages at reasonable rates.
- Healthcare Facilities: An infirmary with requisite healthcare amenities is present at the Health & Wellness Centre for providing primary medical services to the ill students. Doctor consultation is provided to the students at the specified time slots. Additionally, first-aid facilities are available at various locations of the premises.
- Gymnasium: The CEPT University campus features an indoor gymnasium that has the latest equipment for exercising. Students are encouraged to use the gym facilities to maintain their overall fitness.
The University has established various clubs which students can join to develop lifetime skills. In addition to this, several committees are functional to ensure that students receive a welcoming and positive CEPT University campus environment.
