Sri Venkateswara University Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Tirupati

The University offers hostel facilities for the students who join the university from far. There are various number of rooms, and 7 students per room. they provide a broomstick, dustbin, and a mirror in the room. Both the girls and boys hostels are separate. The food in the hostel is average. Hostel fee varies depending on the caste and for general category the fee is Rs. 10,000. Hostel rules are you have to be at the hostel by 6PM in the evening, morning breakfast from 7 to 8:30 AM, lunch from 12 to 2 PM, evening snacks at 5 PM and dinner from 7 to 8:30 PM.Read Full Review

I joined hostel at that time. They give one room to two members. The corner rooms are shared by 6 students depending on the size of the room. Hostels are separate for both boys and girls. The mess is also separate for each block. Mess and hostel fee are around Rs. 2,000 basically for each month. Based on your presence in mess, veg. fee: Rs. 2,400 per month and non veg. fee- Rs. 2,600 per month for basic individuals. We need to be there by evening 6 o’ clock in the hostels.
