BIBS Kolkata Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025

BIBS Kolkata placement activities and drives are managed by the dedicated Placement Cell which ensures that the students are able to secure high paying jobs in the desired sector of the corporate world.

The students have secured a highest package of 17.25 LPA and the average package of the Institute is about 4.65 LPA. There are more than 10,000 students of the Institute who have secured job roles through the BIBS Kolkata placement drives, from which about 10% students have received International job opportunities.

• The Placement Cell along with the committee reaches out to the various leading companies which are actively recruiting for various roles in their firms.
• In the next step, students are required to register for the recruitment drives and have to appear & qualify the Placement Evaluation Test to be eligible for participating in the process.
• Furthermore, pre-placement talks are conducted in which the students are briefed about the company policies, job roles, and other formal information.
• Afterwards, on-campus recruitment drives are conducted in which students’ academic proficiency and interpersonal skills are evaluated through aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
• Lastly, the results are announced by the recruiters through sharing the list of the selected students to the Placement Cell.
