The SB Patil Institute of Management campus is spread over a huge land area and is secured through CCTV cameras to ensure the safety of the students. The premises of the Institute have modern infrastructural facilities to support the all-round development of the students. Academic Facilities
The Institute has around 10 smart classrooms that cover an area of around 70 square meters each. Here, the educators use the installed interactive panels, AV aids, LCD projectors, internet connection, and so on for conducting enriched learning sessions, presentations, and case discussions.
In addition to this, nearly 2 air-conditioned tutorial rooms having an area of about 70 square meters each are available at the campus wherein various collaborative learning activities such as tutorials, workshops, mentoring sessions, ground discussions, etc. using latest multimedia tools.
There is a hi-tech auditorium, conference rooms / halls, and 2 acoustic seminar halls at the SB Patil Institute of Management campus. These venues have a comfortable seating arrangement and are well-equipped with advanced audio-visual aids, smart interactive panels, and much more. Seminars, conferences, guest lectures, and other academic & professional events are conducted here.
Furthermore, a stationery & convenience store is present in the Institute from where students can purchase academic supplies, and products of daily requirements. The remaining academic facilities are stated below:
- Library: An automated library has been set up at the campus that has an area of approximately 200 square meters and has a separate reading room / hall. In the library, around 100 students can be accommodated wherein they can study in an uninterrupted environment.
Besides this, a digital library is present wherein multiple systems with Internet connection have been installed. Using these, students can learn from the online resources & databases such as DELNET, NDLI, Shodhganga, Shodh Gangotri, NPTEL, ePearson, IEEE, and the list continues. The remaining facilities include a stack room, reference section, and journal section.

- Laboratories: At the SB Patil Institute of Management campus, 2 computer labs, having technologically advanced PCs and high-speed Internet connectivity are present. These labs are used to provide hands-on training to the students. Both the computer laboratories can accommodate about 50 students. Besides this, a well-equipped Language lab has been set up for the students.
Non-Academic Facilities
The Institute has built railings, ramps, lifts, etc. and provides the provision of wheelchairs, separate washrooms, and much more for providing a barrier-free environment to the physically disabled students. For the boys and girls, separate common rooms are also available.

- Sports: To encourage the students to stay physically active and to develop the spirit of teamwork & leadership in the students, sports week & various tournaments are held by the Institute.
For outdoor sports like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and more, 2 Playgrounds spread over approximately 9475 square meters of land area are available. A separate space of 702 square meters is there inside the SBPIM Pune campus for indoor games including Badminton, Chess, Table Tennis, Carrom, etc.
- Hostels: The male & female outstation students are provided with separate accommodation facilities at the ‘Boys Hostel’, ‘Old Girl’s Hostel’, and others. The AC & non-AC SB Patil Institute of Management Hostel rooms are allocated to the students with requisite furnishing. For facilitating a comfortable stay, mess & dining, securing, housekeeping, gymnasium, Wi-Fi, and TV room are available at the residential premises.
- Cafeteria: The SB Patil Institute of Management campus has a centralised PCET mess and cafeteria with a huge seating arrangement. Here, students can spend their leisure time with their friends during lecture breaks and have freshly & hygienically prepared, tasty meals, snacks, and beverages at a reasonable price.
- Healthcare Facilities: Basic healthcare facilities are provided to the ill students. Moreover, during medical emergencies, car & driver services are available for transporting the students to the nearby Hospitals for specialised treatment.
- Gymnasium: An open gym and multi-gym facility have been constructed at the Institute so that students can exercise using its equipment and stay physically fit.
- Banking: To provide seamless financial services to the students, an ATM of the ‘Indian Overseas Bank’ is functional round the clock at the premises.
