KNIT Sultanpur has Training and Placement Office and a Career Development Cell which provides Training, Guidance, Support, and Pre-Placement Talks to the students, along with smooth completion of the Recruitment Process.

Amazon, Accenture, Google, IBM, TCS, Walmart, Bloomberg, Unilever, Samsung, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Adobe, Deloitte, Dell, OPTUM, Wipro, Aditya Birla, DE Shaw and Company, Ittiam, HCL, etc. are some of the recruiting companies visiting the campus to grant placement to the students.

KNIT offers various facilities to students for their holistic development. Some of the facilities provided by college include:

• Library: The Central Library of the institute is spacious and equipped with around 50000 Books, Bound Journal Volumes, subscription to National and International Journals, Magazines, Periodicals, Newspapers, etc. Library also provides Book Bank facilities etc.
• Laboratories: Metrology Lab, Engineering Mechanics Lab, Mechatronics Lab, Fluid Mechanics Lab, Heat Transfer Lab, Material Science Lab, Thermodynamics IC Engine Automobile Lab, DOM KOM Vibration Lab, Production Engineering Lab, Computer Simulations Lab, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Lab, etc.
• Clubs and Councils: The Councils and Clubs provide opportunity for the students to develop their potential. Some of the Clubs and Councils are Literary Council, Sports Council, Fine Arts and Photography Club, Cultural Council, Hobby Club, Innovation Incubation and Start-Up Foundation, etc.
• Fests: The Fests provide opportunities to the students so that they can showcase their talent. It includes Dance, Drama, Singing, Photography, Art, etc.
• Sports: TVARAN is a Sports Fest where different students participate in various sports activities like Chess, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Basketball, etc.
• Hostel: The institute has around 10 boys’ hostels which can accommodate around 750 students, and 3 girls’ hostels which can accommodate around 200 students. Hostels have all the basic amenities.
• Transport: Transportation facilities are provided to all the students for their local and outstation educational tours. The institute also has an Ambulance to deal with emergencies.
• Health Center: The Health Center is maintained to provide health care facilities under Pharmacists and Medical Officers.
