Konfidant – The Flagship Corporate Mentoring Program of KSOM was held on January 17th, 2026

Konfidant is a program aimed at providing the MBA students an opportunity of mentoring from eminent corporate leaders during their academic journey at KIIT School of Management (KSOM). Through the program students are connected with industry stalwarts who take over as mentors to a small group of students assigned to them as mentees. Through this program, students are connected with corporate dignitaries who take over as mentors to a small group of 10 students assigned to them as mentees.

The event involved one on one discussion between the guests and the students on resume building, career augmentation and preparation. The guests were very impressed with the preparation level of the MBA students and congratulated them on their thought clarity, discipline and sincerity towards their career.

There were 17 eminent corporate guests from top companies like Bosch India, PwC, Deloitte US India Consulting, Berger Paints, Accenture and many more. Our corporate mentors for this edition were:

This is a one-of-a-kind initiative among educational institutes in India. The primary goal of the program is to facilitate knowledge sharing, career guidance, and networking opportunities which goes a long way to create professionals of tomorrow.The half day program led to the initiation of a long lasting mentorship journey between the students and the corporate mentors.

The program is led by Prof Mohar Banerjee Biswas – Chairperson, Konfidant and has strong support and guidance from the KSOM leadership team, led by Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director KSOM and Dr. Arvind Tripathy, Dean MBA KSOM. The corporate leaders were impressed with the concept of the program and congratulated the whole team for their strong focus towards industry-academia partnership. The guest also appreciated the efforts put in by the students in being disciplined and prepared for the mentorship event.
