Established in 1993, KIIT School of Management (KSOM) was formerly known as Institute of Business Administration & Training (IBAT) and it is a part of KIIT Deemed-to-be University, Bhubaneswar. In addition, the Institution is located in Bhubaneswar, Orissa & is approved by AICTE and accredited by NAAC A++ & National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
In addition, in 2025, the School has received membership from Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (USA) (AACSB) and Association of MBAs (UK) (AMBA).
KIIT School of Management (KSOM) Bhubaneshwar is among the list of best B-Schools in India. It has been awarded by the Times Business Awards in 2023 as the ‘Best Business School of Odisha’. The Management School has partnerships with several companies which include Ericsson, Capgemini, ITC Infotech, High Radius, Schneider Electric, Tech Mahindra, L&T Financial, Microsoft, Oracle, and others. Moreover, the connections within the different industries helps the Institution to foster innovation, enhance student learning, and develop new capabilities.
Students get access to numerous facilities within the KIIT School of Management Campus which covers a land area of around 35 acres. The Institution ensures that adequate facilities (including educational and recreational) are present within the premises that are required for the overall development of the students.
Numerous air-conditioned classrooms are built by the Institution with a multi-media system to provide an engaging & interactive learning environment to the students. In addition, around 3 galleries are present with a seating capacity of 120 students in each. These galleries are used to conduct seminar talks, guest lectures, etc.
