Formally known as Xavier University, XIM University was formed in 2013 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The University has 2 campuses which are referred to as Old and New campus. Also, the old campus is located in Chandrasekharpur, whereas, the new one is in Kurki-Nijigarh under Pipli Tahsil.
This Private University is approved by AICTE & UGC and recognised by BCI. The XIM University Bhubaneswar is also accredited by NAAC, NBA, and South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS).
In addition to this, the Institution has membership from Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), All India Management Association (AIMA), Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), and the list goes on with many others.

Note: Students seeking admission in any of the afore-listed UG programs are required to have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the last qualifying examination. Furthermore, students who are waiting for the result of the qualifying examination can also apply under UG & PG programs.
* The fees mentioned in the table comprise all the charges like course fee, course material, IT expenses, and others. However, students have to pay Rs. 15,000/- as a one-time fee for UG programs and Rs. 20,000/- as a refundable deposit for PG courses.
Admission Process
The XIM University admission process is entirely online; eligible students are required to navigate its official website to fill-in the details of the application form of their desired program.
Along with this, the selection of the students in University is done on the basis of marks obtained in the Class 10th & 12th / Graduation / equivalent examination, State / National / Institution level entrance test, and Personal Interview. In addition, the selection process of MBA programs also includes Writing Ability Test (WAT).

The XIM University scholarships are offered to the students, who are meritorious, belong to reserved category, and so on. Through scholarships, students get financial support to pursue their desired undergraduate program at the Institution.
Moreover, 30% scholarship on course / tuition fee in the 1st year of the program is offered to the students who are eligible under any category which are as follows:
Category A – Merit Scholarship
To avail this scholarship, students need to have minimum 90% marks in Class 12th examination / equivalent under core subjects.
Category B - Scholarship for the SC, ST, Economically Backward / Minority Students
Students who come under the Scheduled Castes / Tribes, Economically Backward / Minority caste will be able to seek advantage of this scholarship. Along with this, such students need to align with the annual family income criteria such as it should not be more than Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum.
Category C: Merit Scholarship for Topper Batch
This particular scholarship is facilitated to the students who are topper of the undergraduate program of the University in the subsequent academic year.
In addition to this, online applications need to be submitted by the eligible students on the XIM University Scholarship Portal (XUSP). Along with this, requisite documents should be submitted; the list of the same is as follows:
Note: For continuation of the scholarship in each year, students need to maintain the respective eligibility criteria which is 8.5 CGPA for Category A, 7.5 CGPA for Category B, and Highest CGPA for Category C in the subsequent academic year. Also, there are other criteria which need to be satisfied for the continuing the scholarship.
