

The XIM University, Bhubaneswar provides separate accommodation facilities to the male and female students within the campus. The residential facilities are available at both Old and New Campuses.
At the Old Campus, there are 5+ hostels namely, ‘Mother Teresa Residence’ and ‘Russi Modi Residence’ for girls, and ‘Fr. Bogaert Residence’, ‘CENDERET Residence’, etc. for boys. Moreover, the New Campus has approximately 2 residential blocks for UG and 6 for the PG students.
The hostels at the XIM University have rooms and flats / studio apartments in single and twin-sharing along with AC & non-AC facilities. Students are provided with fully-furnished rooms including bed, study table, chair, and so on. Furthermore, the yearly XIM University hostel fees range between Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/-.
Students should be informed of the hostel charges of the University that differs according to the type of accommodation opted by them. The University offers residential facilities to both local and out-station students however, the outstation individuals are first given preference.

For UG Students
The Student Residence Fee for a double-occupancy room is Rs. 50,000/- per year. Along with this, hostellers have to pay Rs. 20,000/- annually as the Student Residence Administration Fee.
For PG Students
The students enrolled in the PG programs are accommodated at the Old Campus whereas the remaining ones at the New Campus. The fee to be paid by the students every year based on the type of accommodation opted by them is tabulated below:

The University has various hostels located at the Old and New Campuses. There are around 96 Studio Apartments at the Old campus that are available in single occupancy. In addition to this, ‘Mother Teresa Residence’, ‘Russi Modi Residence’ are present within the XIM University Campus with approximately 164 single occupancy rooms that can accommodate 175 female students. Around 964 AC & non-AC rooms are built for the boys at the ‘Fr. Bogaert Residence’, ‘CENDERET Residence’, etc.
In the New Campus XIM University hostel, the University has built 2 blocks for UG and 6 for the PG programs’ enrolled students. Here, the rooms are offered in both single and twin-sharing having a combined accommodation capacity of 1700+ hostellers.
Inside the hostel premises, the residents are offered fully-furnished rooms having a bed, study table, chair, etc. Also, there are other residential facilities available such as round the clock Internet connection, uninterrupted power supply, television, amenities for indoor sports like Carom, Table Tennis, Pool Table, and so on.
Other than this, a Dispensary is present at the University’s campus wherein Doctors and medical staff are available at designated hours to provide medical services to the students. An ambulance is available 24*7 for emergency medical situations. Moreover, security guards are appointed to ensure the safety of the hostellers and CCTVs are also installed for the purpose.
Other facilities that are available for the students at the XIM University Hostel to ensure a comfortable stay are listed below:
There are separate dining halls / messes available for each of the hostels. However, these are open to all the students, staff, and faculty members. At the mess, the hostellers are served with Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner round the week.
In addition to this, the messes of the University’s hostels serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food which is freshly prepared with proper hygiene and with the use of modern equipment. Moreover, the day-wise la carte menu for the meals is fixed and is changed on a monthly basis.
Students who are residing within the XIM University hostels of the ‘Old Campus’ can avail the food facility after paying the prescribed mess fee which is Rs. 8000/-, per month. On the other hand, hostellers of the ‘New Campus’ are required to pay Rs. 5000/- as the fee for mess every month.
Along with this, students can avail night dining facilities up to 3:00 AM & can avail snacks and packaged food items from the Food Court present on the New Campus & X-cafe available on the Old Campus.
