• Step 5: On the Login page, type the Email ID & Date of Birth (DOB) used during registration, provide the verification code (captcha) displayed on the screen and then click on the ‘Submit’ option.

• Step 7: The Action 1 tab will contain the main application form. Fill-in the details asked accurately such as Personal Details, Academic Qualifications, etc. Carefully select 5 choices for desired Institutions & their respective MI codes for admissions. • Applicants are strictly prohibited from wearing hats, caps, and dark glasses while clicking the photograph. However, religious headwear is permitted; it should not hide the face.

Candidate’s Signature

Students should be mindful of the following regulations while uploading their signature:

• The signature should be done on a white paper using a black ink pen.
• Only the signature area is supposed to be scanned.

* It is to be noted that the signature uploaded during the AIMA UGAT registration 2026 will appear on the Admit Card. If it does not match on the answer sheet & during the subsequent processes then in such a case, the concerned students’ candidature will be cancelled.

Aspiring students should know that it is mandatory to meet the eligibility requirements before beginning with the process for AIMA UGAT registration 2026. The AIMA UGAT eligibility criteria 2026 states that candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in 10+2 / other equivalent.
