AP EAPCET Registration 2026: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The AP EAPCET registration 2026 will tentatively commence from the 3rd Week of March 2026 for the interested and eligible candidates. The last date to fill and submit the application form is expectedly scheduled in the 3rd Week of April 2026. Applications for the entrance test can be made through the online mode only. AP EAPCET was formerly known as AP EAMCET. The exam is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).

The students who qualify AP EAPCET can take admission in Undergraduate Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy programs offered by the colleges / institutes / universities of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates who are aspiring to appear in AP EAPCET 2026 are required to register online through its official website i.e., “cets.apsche.ap.gov.in”.

*After registration, candidates should start preparing for the entrance test as per the exam syllabus and AP EAPCET Exam Pattern 2026.

For AP EAPCET exam 2026 registration, aspirants are required to pay a certain registration fee as prescribed by the conducting body. The registration fees can be paid through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.

Late Fees

A late fee has to be paid by the aspirants who are submitting the online applications after AP EAPCET registration last date. The information regarding the same is mentioned in the table below:

It is mandatory for the aspiring candidates to check the AP EAPCET Eligibility Criteria 2026 before registering for the entrance test. Eligible candidates can follow the below mentioned steps to register online for the AP EAPCET exam:

Step 1: Fee Payment

• Visit the official website i.e., “cets.apsche.ap.gov.in”.
• Click on the “Eligibility Criteria & Fee payment” tab.
• Carefully fill-in all the required details such as candidate’s name, qualifying examination hall ticket number, email ID, payment option, and other required information in the fee payment webpage displayed on the screen.
• After verifying the filled in details, click on the “Pay” button.
• A Bank Payment Gateway will appear on the screen. Fill in the details related to Credit Card / Debit card / Net Banking and click the “Pay Now” button.
• After successful payment, a payment status will be displayed on the web page along with the “Payment ID”.

* Candidates are required to save details of the payment status and the ‘Payment ID’ for future reference.

* After fee payment, candidates can also check their payment status by clicking on the “Know Your Payment Status” tab on the homepage of the website. Fill-in all required details and click on “Check Payment Status” to proceed this way.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

• After completing step 1 (after fee payment), candidates can click on the “Fill Application” tab and enter the details like Payment ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, mobile number, and Date of Birth (DOB); then, click on “Proceed of fill Application”.
• Fill in all the required details of the Application Form, regarding:
  • Candidate’s Detail such as Name, Parents’ Name, DOB, and other required information.
  • Address
  • Qualifying Examination Details
  • Details of Common Entrance Test
  • Test Centre Preference

* Candidates can list up to 6 test centre preferences.

Step 3: Upload the Documents

• After filling in the asked details, upload the required documents in the specified format.

* Documents need to be uploaded if these are not fetched from the database.

Step 4: Preview & Submit the Form

• Cross-check all the information filled in the Online Application Form and click on the “checkbox”.
• Either, click on the “Save” button to temporarily save the filled Application Form or click on the “Submit” button.
• If candidates’ choose to click on “Submit”, a preview of the filled Application Form will appear with two options such as “Modify” and “Confirm / Freeze”.
  * To make any changes, students can choose the “Modify” option.
• Click on “Confirm / Freeze” for submitting AP EAPCET 2026 Application Form.

Step 5: Take a Printout of the Form

• A confirmation pop-up along with the Application Number will appear on the screen. Click on “Print Application” to take a print out of the receipt of the application form.

* Candidates should note the Application Number for future reference.

* Candidates can also check their application number and get a print out of the application form by clicking on the “Know Your Registration Number” and “Print Application Form” tabs on the homepage of the website.

Special Points to Consider:

Aspiring candidates are required to keep the below-mentioned points in consideration while filling the application form:

• While selecting the Common Entrance Test, students need to choose any one from the available streams such as:
  • Engineering & Pharmacy (EP)
  • Agriculture & Pharmacy (AM)
  • Both (EP and AP)
• Candidates have two options, either filling the application form of AP EAPCET immediately, or on some other date (before the last of registrations). Candidates can click on “Proceed to Fill Application” in order to fill the form immediately. And, if the aspirants wish to fill the application some other day, they can simply close the window. In cases like these, students can later continue by clicking on the “Fill Application” tab on the homepage.
• If in case, the amount of registration fee is deducted from the account and Payment ID is not displayed, then candidates must wait for a few hours and also check the payment status. Or else, pay the registration fee again. The amount which was previously deducted from the account will be refunded shortly.
• While filling the form, students need to select their special reservation category (if any) to avail benefits later on; reservations are available for candidates belonging to NCC, Sports & Games, CAP, Bharat Scouts, and Guides categories.      

Some of the documents that are required to be referred while filling the Online Application Form are as follows:

• Mark sheets of last qualified exams / Hall Ticket Number of 10+2 / Equivalent
• Birth Certificate / SSC or Equivalent Certificate
• Income certificate issued by MRO / Competent Authority
• Caste Certificate issued by MRO / Competent Authority (If Applicable)
• Sadarem Certificate (for Physically Handicapped students)
• Aadhaar Card

Instructions to Upload the Documents in Application Form

It is mandatory for the candidate to upload the below-given documents in the Application Form as per the set format:

• Passport Size Photograph: The file size should not be more than 50 KB.
• Signature: The size of the file should be less than 30 KB.

*Both the files are required to be uploaded in the JPG format.

The conducting body of AP EAMCET 2026 will open the correction window for AP EAPCET 2026 Exam registration tentatively in between 1^st to 2^nd Week of May 2026. The correction window facility is made available to the candidates so that they can make changes (if required) in the information filled in the submitted application form.

Note: The details such as‘Name of the Candidate, Father’s Name DOB (as per SSC or Equivalent), Signature, Photograph, Examination Stream, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, and Community’ can be changed only through special written request at the Converner, AP EAPCET office.
