
The BITSAT 2026 exam is scheduled to be held from 26th to 30th May 2026 (for Session I) & from 22nd to 26th June 2026 (for Session II). Candidates need to fit into the BITSAT 2026 eligibility criteria to start the registration process. Check out the below-stated points for the same:
* For B.Pharm course, aspirants who have passed the qualifying examination either with PCM or PCB are eligible.
* Students who will be appearing for the qualifying examination in 2026 are considered eligible for the exam.
The BITSAT 2026 registration is expected to begin from 21st January 2026. Eligible candidates should fill the Online Application Form before the last date of the BITSAT exam. The registration dates for Session 1 & Session 2 are different. Students must complete the registrations before the expected last dates.

To prepare well for the exam, candidates need to know about the BITSAT 2026 exam pattern. BITS Pilani will soon release the exam pattern for 2026, till then candidates can prepare as per the past year exam pattern.
BITSAT is an Online – Computer Based Test which comprises Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with 4 answer choices. The BITSAT question paper will be of total 390 Marks. Moreover, there will be 2 sessions for the BITSAT exam.
As per the marking scheme of BITSAT, students will get 3 Marks for a right marked question and there will be negative marking of -1 Mark for every incorrect answer. Moreover, no marks will be deducted if any question is not attempted.
It is mandatory for the candidates to download the BISTAT 2026 Admit Card / Hall Ticket after the registration gets completed. Once the exam authorities release the admit card, students can access it from the BITSAT’s official website. For Session 1, BITS Pilani will probably release the admit card in May 2026 and for Session 2, expectedly in June 2026.
On the exam day, candidates need to bring the printed copy of their admit card at the test centre; without this, candidates will not be able to appear in the exam. The admit card consists of important information about candidates like their name, roll number, test centre address, etc.
Exam centres include the various cities across India where the BITS Pilani will be conducting BITSAT 2026 exam. There are around 63 exam centres, out of which a candidate needs to select a maximum of 3 preferred cities while filling the application form. The exam committee will declare the BITSAT 2026 result score immediately after the test is completed; candidates get the details of total numbers of correct & incorrect answers they have marked in the exam. These marks need to be submitted by the candidates to ensure that they have reviewed the result.

The cut-off list will include the minimum marks which candidates require to get admission in the preferred course in their chosen campus.
