According to the eligibility standards, aspiring students need to attain the requisite passing score in the qualifying examination which is 10+2 for UG courses and Bachelor’s Degree for PG courses in the specified discipline.

Qualifying the Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test will assist students to seek admissions in several Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs like BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, MCA, LL.B, etc. However, for taking up this admission test students need to satisfy the BVP CET exam eligibility criteria 2026.
The necessary eligibility requirements for BVP CET Exam 2026 are discussed below:
Academic Qualifications
The essential academic qualifications for applying for the entrance test are as follows:
- UG Courses: Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board.
- PG Courses: Cleared 10+2+3 from a recognised Institution.
Qualifying Marks
As stated in the BVP CET exam eligibility criteria, the students should have obtained minimum 45-50% aggregate marks in Class 12th or equivalent for UG programs, and qualified / secured at least 50% marks (as applicable) in Undergraduate degree or equivalent for the PG programs.
* The minimum qualifying marks for certain courses may differ. Additionally, a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks is offered for the reserved category candidates.
Age Limit
No specific minimum age limit has been prescribed by the conducting authority to be eligible for the BVP CET Exam. However, for some courses an upper age limit has been specified.
Nationality
Indian citizens can apply for the entrance exam as per the BVP CET exam eligibility criteria 2026.
Note: Foreign students / NRI / OCI / PIO can apply for admission in the various programs offered by the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed-to-be-University.

- Qualified Grade 12th examination or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject and secured the minimum aggregate marks in the above subjects taken together.

- Obtained the minimum passing marks (5% relaxation for Backward Class categories & PwD students of Maharashtra state) in a Diploma in Engineering and Technology.

* Students who do not have Mathematics as a subject are supposed to complete the bridge courses prescribed by the Institution.
