Academic Qualifications
The minimum educational qualification required for the CUEE Exam for different level of courses is as follows:
- For UG Programs: Completed 10+2 / equivalent with the respective subject combination.
- For PG Programs: Qualified Undergraduation / other equivalent in the relevant discipline.
Qualifying Marks
Below-given is the minimum passing marks mentioned in the CUEE eligibility criteria 2026 for varied program levels:
- For Bachelor Degree Courses: Obtained the minimum marks or 45-55% marks in the qualifying exam as per the respective program’s regulations.
*5-10% relaxation in marks will be granted to the respective reserved categories students for some of the programs.
- For Master’s Degree Courses: Secured the requisite marks or 40-70% marks / equivalent CGPA, as applicable to the specific program.
*A relaxation of 5% marks in some of the courses will be given to the candidates belonging to reserved categories.
Age Limit
There is no lower or upper age limit specified in the CUEE exam eligibility criteria. However, for admission to some programs, age limit may be applicable; the details of the same are as follows:
- B.Sc (Nursing), Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM), General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM): Minimum & maximum age restriction specified is 17 & 35 years, respectively as of 31st December of the admission year.
- B.Sc (Nautical Science) / Diploma (Nautical Science): Upper age limit is 25 years.
- B.V.Sc & AH: Lower age limit prescribed to apply is 17 years.
Nationality
In accordance with the CUEE eligibility criteria 2026, students belonging to Indian nationality & the International candidates can apply for the entrance test.

- Completed B.Sc / B.Com / B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 or Graduation level.

MBA

- Qualified Undergraduation in 10+2+3 pattern / other equivalent in any stream.

* Students who have obtained a valid score in NEET / JEE Main / CLAT / GATE / SLAT / other accepted State or National level entrance test as applicable to the respective course need not appear for the University level exam.
