GPAT Registration 2026 (Ongoing): How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The GPAT 2026 Registration started from 23rd December 2025 by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Candidates will be able to complete the registration till 12th January 2026. The registration can only be done online through “natboard.edu.in”.

GPAT registration 2026, for admission in the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) course of the AICTE & PCI approved Institutions / Universities.  The below-given details in the table will enable students to learn about the GPAT 2026 registration:

* Students must know that without fulfilling the GPAT eligibility criteria 2026, they cannot register for the exam.

As the students complete filling the application form, they need to pay the following GPAT 2026 registration fees according to their category.

* Once the payment is completed, the application fee will not be refunded in any situation.

The GPAT exam registration / application form can be filled by the eligible candidates by following the below-given steps:

Note: In the registration form, boxes that are indicated through “*” reflects that it is mandatory to fill details in such boxes. Remaining details candidates can provide if available.

Step 1: Navigate the link “https://exam.natboard.edu.in/”.

Step 2: Press the “Click here to Register” icon.

Step 3: Enter following details:

• Candidates’ Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Nationality
• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• Captcha Code as shown on the Screen

* Candidates Email ID must be verified through a system generated OTP and the same email ID cannot be used for the registration of any other candidates.

Step 4: Submit all the required details to receive Application ID and Password on the registered Email address and through SMS.

Step 5: After receiving the credentials, revisit the official website of the exam.

Note: At the homepage of the official website, a quick link, “Already Registered? To login” is available. Candidates who have already completed the registration can directly access the Application Form with the Application / User ID and Password.

Step 6: Click on the “Login” icon and enter received User ID & Password.

* If any students are not able to remember their credentials, then they can click on the “Forget User ID / Password” to retrieve it back.

Step 7: The Application Form will appear on the desktop screen, fill all the below-given details carefully to avoid any issues:

• Personal Details: Candidates Name, DOB, Gender, Mobile Number, Email ID, Parents Name, Category, Photo Identity Card, Address Details.

*For Indian / NRI candidates, Photo Identity Card details include Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, and PAN Card. However, Foreign Nationals and OCI / PIO candidates are only required to submit details of National ID Card / Passport. OCI candidates also have to enter details of their OCI Card.

• Educational Details: Class 10^th  & 12^th  and B.Pharm.

Step 8: Once all the above details are filled, press the “Save and Next” button to move towards the next section.

Step 9: Upload all the Documents / Images in the required format.

Step 10: Now, applicants can select the examination Test Cities of their choice (It is allotted on the First Come First Serve Basis).

Step 11: Afterwards, read the Declaration Form, enter the Captcha and press the “I Agree” checkbox for completing the form.

Step 12: To check all the filled details in the form, press the “Preview” icon.

Step 13: After clicking on the “Submit” tab, candidates will be transmitted to the Payment Gateway page.

Step 14: Now, pay the application fee as reflected on the screen by selecting the payment mode: Net Banking/Card Payment, etc.

* Students will receive a successful payment confirmation and they are suggested to download the Application PDF post payment for any future requirements.

Note: Applicants can complete filling the application form in a single sitting or in intervals within various days before submitting it.

Below-given is the detailed information about how to upload the required documents and images while filling the form:

Photograph

The 2 Passport Size Photographs of the candidates are required which are:

• Real Time Photograph: At the time of filling the application form, a Real Time Photograph is clicked by the webcam / in-built camera of the PC. Candidates need to press the “Capture Photo” option available in the Application Form to click a photo.
• Recent Photograph: It needs to be a colour photo which should not be more than 3 Months old. It must be clicked in bright light either at Photo-studio or at Home.

Following are the instructions that should be followed by the candidates for both the photographs specified above:

• Candidates should have worn the Formal Dress while clicking the photograph.
• The photo should be in colour and taken against the White background.
• The photo should not have any other unnecessary objects or people other than a candidate.
• Candidates should ensure that the photo is not including any other part below shoulders.
• The image is required to be clearly visible.
• Image Size: Less than 80 KB.
• Format: JPG / JPEG.

Signature

Candidates applying for GPAT 2026 exam must know that they can make their digital image of signature in the two formats which are as follows:

• Through Camera
• Scanning the Signature

Candidates need to follow the below given steps to click and scan the image of signature:

• Draw a box on the plain white page and its size should be 1.5 cm (height) x 3.5 cm (width).
• The signature should be signed in the box with either Black / Dark Blue Ink pen.
• After that, click the photo of the signature in bright light.
• Make sure that there are no shadows on the clicked image.
• Image Size: Less than 80KB.
• Scanner should be set to 200 DPI.
• Format: JPG / JPEG.

Follow the below specified points while scanning & uploading the digital image of a thumb print:

• Draw a box on a plain white paper of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm (width x height).
• Make use of Black / Blue colour ink pad.
• Horizontal print of the Left Thumb should be pressed in the box.
• Scanner needs to be set at 200 DPI.
• Format: JPG / JPEG.

Size of the Image: Less than 80 KB.

NBEMS – the conducting body will soon open the Edit Windows for the candidates to make necessary changes in the filled application form.

Through Edit Window, students can modify any details except the following:

• Candidate’s Name
• Nationality
• Email ID
• Test City
• Mobile Number

Moreover, the exam authorities also open Pre-Final and Final Edit Window to make changes in below given Documents and Images:

• Photograph
• Signature
• Impressions

Note: All 3 edit windows will open tentatively in the Month of May 2026 after the GPAT registration 2026 gets closed.
