Aspiring candidates who plan to take the exam can complete the HP LEET Registration 2026 through the official portal i.e., ‘hptechboard.com’. Students are advised to finish the registration & pay the application fee before the stipulated last date. To secure the application for the HP LEET exam 2026, an exam fee of Rs. 650/- (Rs. 400/- for SC / ST / OBC category) has to be paid by the students.
The test paper for the HP LEET 2026 will contain questions that will be based on the subject matter given in the curriculum for the same. The syllabus for the entrance test is divided into multiple sections and further contains various units and its respective chapter & topics. Following the syllabus should be taken into consideration by the students to strategically prepare for the exam and boost the chances of obtaining excellent scores.

Students should be familiar with the paper pattern for the HP LEET 2026 to avoid wasting time on unnecessary confusion on the actual exam day. Based on the HP LEET Exam Pattern 2026, the entrance test will be conducted in a single session through offline Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) mode.
The exam paper will include 4 sections which are Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and General Knowledge. In 2 hours, students will have to attempt a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) which will be available in both English & Hindi languages.

The hall ticket for the HP LEET will include the candidate’s roll number, photograph, signature, exam centre address, test schedule, and the guidelines to follow on the exam day. The HP LEET Result 2026 will be declared in the form of a result card. Candidates who appeared for the test can download the same from the official website. Additionally, students should know that there will be no provisions for re-checking or re-evaluation of the answer sheet.
In order to pass the HP LEET 2026, students will be required to meet the cut-off for the same. The specified cut-off for the General students is 15% marks i.e., 60 out of 400 marks and 10% marks i.e., 40 out of 400 marks for those belonging to the SC / ST / OBC categories.
Moreover, after the announcement of the result, a merit list will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ marks in the HP LEET exam. In case of tie, it will be broken based on age. This implies that the applicant senior in age will be ranked higher in the merit list.
Students who pass the HP LEET 2026 have to fill the counselling form and pay Rs. 650/- as the fee for the same before the deadline. In the form, candidates will be required to update their 12th / ITI marks and provide at least 1 choice (no maximum limit) for admission to the preferred program & Institution. Applicants should know that they will not be allowed to modify these choices later; however, the selected courses / Institutions can be altered for the 2nd round of counselling.
The HP LEET Counselling Process 2026 will consist of two online rounds followed by two centralised offline spot rounds. During the counselling round, students have to report for admission and get the requisite documents verified. Post this, HP LEET Seat Allotment 2026 will be done wherein the selected candidates will be issued an allotment letter and they have to confirm the same by paying the respective course fees.
