IPMAT Registration 2026 (Ongoing): How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The portal for the IPMAT registration 2026 is live from 2^nd February 2026 onwards. Students who look forward to taking the entrance test should ensure that they complete all the requisite formalities including fee payment before the IPMAT registration last date i.e., 14^th March 2026.

The IIM Indore conducts the IPMAT exam once every year to fill the seats of the 5-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) program. Students who wish to get admission at the Institution should ensure they complete the IPMAT registration 2026 and pass the entrance test with merit marks.

The details about the IPMAT 2026 & its registration schedule are given below:

After completing the entire process including the IPMAT registration 2026 & submission of application form, candidates have to pay the exam fee in order to validate their candidature for the entrance test.

Applicants will be able to pay the requisite fee using any one of the methods listed below:

• Credit / Debit Card
• UPI / UPI QR
• Net Banking

The IPMAT fee (inclusive of 18% GST) is variable depending on the category of the students; the details are as follows:

* Students should be aware that the application fee is non-transferable & non-refundable.

Note: Candidates are suggested to go through the IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2026 to ensure they fulfil the prescribed requirements before proceeding with the application process.

Students can apply for the IPMAT Exam 2026 through online mode. The below-given steps can be followed to complete the registration & application procedure successfully:       

• Go to ‘iimidr.ac.in’ and navigate the ‘Announcements’ section available on the webpage. Under the same, click on the ‘Important Announcement – IPMAT 2026’ option.
• Then, a new webpage will be displayed on the screen. Choose the ‘Online registration to get User ID and Password’ button under the ‘Domestic Applicants’ section.
• A Privacy Notice will pop-up on the screen. Read the information carefully and then choose the ‘I Agree’ button to start the registration.
• In the IPMAT exam 2026 registration form, provide the following details:
  • Name of Candidate
  • Gender
  • Category
  • DOB
  • Email Address
  • Nationality
  • Country of Residence
  • Mobile Number
• Type the captcha displayed on the screen, click on the checkbox to accept the declaration, and then press on the ‘Reverify’ button.
• A table will appear on the screen that will contain the details provided by the applicants. Choose the checkbox displayed in front of each piece of information to confirm that it has been provided accurately.
• Modify the incorrect details, if required. Then click the ‘Submit’ button to finish the IPMAT registration 2026.

* It is to be noted that once the registration form is submitted, the information provided in the same cannot be edited later.

• After this, the registration number will be displayed on the screen and the registration number / login ID & password will be communicated through email & SMS.
• The webpage will automatically be redirected to the application form. In case registration has already been finished earlier, login directly to move forward to fill the exam form.
• On the login page, type the application number / user ID & password, enter the captcha, and then select the ‘Login’ tab.
• A new webpage will appear on the screen; choose the ‘Fill the application form’ tab to start the application process.
• The IPMAT 2026 application form will display the ‘Personal Details’ & ‘Correspondence Details’ sections with some fields auto-filled from the registration data. Complete the remaining fields.
• Upload the requisite documents in the specified fields and press on the ‘Save & Next’ tab to move to the next section.
• Next, the ‘Academic Details’ section will open; provide the requisite details.
• Then, choose the desired test centres and Interview centres in the order of preference from the respective dropdown lists in the ‘Centre Preference Details’ section. Press on ‘Save & Next’ option.
• Accept the declaration displayed on the screen, type the captcha, and choose the ‘Preview’ button to check the details filled or else, press the ‘Submit’ tab to move to the payment gateway page.

* Students should note that they will not be allowed to change their category once they submit the application form. Also, in case candidates are found to have submitted more than one form then they will be disqualified from the further selection process.

After successful IPMAT registration 2026, students will be able to recover their user ID / password & change the password. The steps to do the needful are given below:

Retrieve User ID / Password

The password / user ID can be retrieved by following these instructions:

• Go to the login page and click on the ‘Forgot User ID / Password’ tab.
• Enter the registered email address, mobile number, and captcha displayed in their respective fields.
• Then, press on the ‘Get User ID / Password’ option.
• The requisite details will be communicated through email & SMS.

Change Password

Follow the below-given steps to change the password post IPMAT registration 2026:

• Select the ‘Change Password’ button available on the login window.
• In the new webpage that appears, fill the following fields:
  • User ID
  • Old Password
  • New Password
  • Confirm New Password
  • Captcha
• Click on the ‘Change Password’ button.

Applicants should make certain that they have the following documents available with them before starting with the IPMAT registration 2026:

• Passport Size Photograph
• Signature
• Valid Photo ID Proof
• 10^th Class / SSC / Equivalent Marksheet
• Caste / PwD Certificate (if applicable)

All the documents have to be scanned and uploaded in the following formats in the IPMAT 2026 application form:

* The file size of the photograph & signature should not exceed 80 KB. The format supported for all documents is JPG / JPEG and only PDF in case of Marksheet.
