For both sessions, the registration of the KMAT Kerala 2027 exam will be commenced online on “cee.kerala.gov.in” (the exam’s official website) by the test conducting body i.e., CEE, Kerala. Post registration, students need to ensure that they fill in the details of the application form and complete the process by paying the examination fee as per their category.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE) will announce the KMAT Kerala 2027 Syllabus very soon on the exam’s official website i.e., “cee.kerala.gov.in”. For now, aspiring candidates are suggested to refer to the previous year exam syllabus in order to prepare well for the KMAT 2027 exam.

In accordance with the KMAT Kerala 2027 Exam Pattern, the entrance exam will be held Online in CBT - Computer Based Test mode. To complete the entire question paper, students will have 3 Hours (180 Minutes). The exam paper will include 180 Objective Type Questions / Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
In the KMAT exam 2027, there will be 4 sections which are English Language Usage and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Data sufficiency and Logical Reasoning, and General Knowledge and Current Affairs. The first 2 sections will have 50 questions each and the remaining 2 will have 40 questions (each). The authorities award 4 Marks for every correct answer and deducts -1 Mark for every incorrect answer. No negative marking is applicable for unattempted / unanswered questions.

The CEE, Kerala i.e., the test conducting body has set the guidelines / instructions to help the students in understanding what they have to do or not to do on the examination day; the details of the same are as follows:
To boost the level of exam preparation, students should start solving the KMAT Previous Year Question Papers. Practising with the past year papers / sample papers will assist students in getting familiar with the test structure including the question and marks distribution, time limit, and others.
Candidates who will practise with the KMAT Kerala Sample Papers will be able to examine their strengths and weaknesses in regards to their test preparation. To obtain the real essence of the examination, aspiring students of the exam should solve the past year papers of the test.
The conducting authority will release the answer key on the official website i.e., ‘cee.kerala.gov.in’, a few days after the entrance examination is held. Students can cross-verify their marked answers and get an idea of the marks they are going to secure in the test.
In case of any discrepancy in the answer key, applicants can raise objections regarding the same through the Candidate Portal, submit the supporting documents and pay Rs. 200/- per question within 3 days from the release of the answer key. If the complaint is found to be correct then the requisite fee will be refunded.
After this, the KMAT Result 2027 will be announced in the form of a merit list. In the same, the candidates’ sectional scores, total marks, and percentile will be reflected. It is to be noted that the marks of the KMAT 2027 will be valid for the respective academic year only.
Applicants should know that the cut-off marks specified for the KMAT 2027 exam are 10% of the total marks. This implies that candidates should secure at least 72 out of 720 marks to be considered as qualified for the further selection process. However, for those belonging to SC / ST / PwD categories, the minimum passing marks are 7.5% i.e., 54 marks out of 720.
After passing the KMAT exam 2027, the candidates have to further compulsorily appear for the selection rounds. It includes Group Discussion (GD) and the Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Those who qualify the abovementioned rounds will be called for the KMAT 2027 Counselling process.
At last, the KMAT 2027 Seat Allotment will be done based on the merit of the students in the entrance test, GD, and PI having a weightage of 80%, 10%, and 10%, respectively.
