To apply for the NCHM JEE 2026 exam, it is mandatory for the candidates to pass its eligibility criteria prescribed by the test conducting body. According to the NCHMCT JEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria, students must be Class 12th passed or equivalent with English as a compulsory subject. There is no lower and upper age restriction to appear in the NCHM JEE exam. Candidates who are Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
Note: Aspirants who are appearing in the qualifying examination are considered eligible for the test. However, they need to produce a proof of passing the qualifying examination during the counselling process otherwise their admission will be cancelled.

The NTA (exam conducting body) has begun the NCHMCT JEE 2026 Registration from 26th December 2025 onwards on the exam’s official website i.e., “exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM”. The NCHM JEE Syllabus 2026 is set by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of NCHMCT. The NCHMCT JEE 2026 Exam Pattern states that there will be a total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) where each question will be of 4 Marks. According to the NCHMCT JEE marking scheme, -1 Mark minus marking will be applicable for every wrong answer and no negative marking will be done for unattempted / unanswered questions.
The NCHM JEE exam paper will be segmented into 5 sections which are Numerical Ability & Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning & Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, English Language, and Aptitude for Service Sector.
