Students who wish to get admission in the Uni-GAUGE participating Universities / Institutions should finish the Uni-GAUGE registration 2026 and qualify the exam.

The conducting body will accept the application for the Uni-GAUGE Exam 2026 only after the payment of requisite exam fee (non-refundable). In addition to the application fee, students will have to pay the convenience charge / fee, as applicable.

The application process for the Uni-GAUGE 2026 comprises registration & submission of the application form via online mode only. Complete the Registration

The guidelines to finish the registration are as follows:

• Visit ‘unigauge.com’ and navigate the registration form. In the same, enter details like name, email ID, and mobile number.
• Enter the separate OTPs received through SMS & email in the space provided and verify the same.
• Now, re-verify the information given since these details cannot be changed later and then click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the Uni-GAUGE exam registration 2026.
• Post this, the User ID / Application Number & Password will be sent to the registered email address & mobile number.

Fill-in the Application Form

To successfully submit the Uni-GAUGE 2026 application form, follow the instructions given below:

• Go to the Login page available on the official website and login using the user ID / application number & password.

*Students who have already done their registration can directly start by logging in.

• Press the ‘Go to Application’ tab. The application form will open.
• In the form, select the requisite entrance test and provide information in sections including personal details, address, category, academic qualification, etc.
• Now, upload the specified documents in the stated format.
• Then, choose the preferred exam city centres in the order of preference and select the payment details.
• Read the declaration thoroughly and confirm the same by clicking on the checkbox provided.
• Select the ‘Preview Application’ button to re-check all the provided information. If any changes need to be done then do the needful.
• After this, click on the ‘Submit’ option to proceed with the payment. The webpage will be redirected to the payment portal.
• Post successful payment, login again to check the payment status. If the exam fee is successfully paid then ‘Your application has been successfully submitted. Your payment is successful.’ message will be displayed on the screen.

* Students who have applied for only Uni-GAUGE / COMEDK UGET and later wish to apply for both the tests after application submission can do so. In such a case, they have to login and select ‘Opt Additional Exam’ option, type the asked details & pay the requisite fee.

Some of the crucial factors that the applicants should be mindful about while filling the Uni-GAUGE 2026 exam registration & application forms are given below:

• Candidates will be allowed to submit only a single application form using one mobile number.
• It should be emphasised that the registered mobile number & email ID is valid and active during the entire admission process. Requests for change of the aforementioned details will not be entertained.
• If incorrect / incomplete application forms are submitted then it will be liable to rejection and no information regarding the same will be communicated to the concerned students.
• If multiple Uni-GAUGE registration 2026 forms are submitted by the same applicant then it may lead to their disqualification.

During the process of Uni-GAUGE registration 2026, students will be required to scan & upload certain documents; the list of the same is as follows:

• SSLC / 10^th Class Marks Card
• Candidate & Parent’s Unique Government ID
• Coloured Passport Size Photo of Candidate

The following documents are not applicable for students who are applying for only Uni-GAUGE exam:

• Kalyana Karnataka Region (KKR) / Hyderabad-Karnataka Region (HKR) Certificate
• SC / ST / OBC Certificate
• Karnataka Domicile Certificate

The requisite documents are needed to be scanned & uploaded during Uni-GAUGE registration 2026 in the prescribed format only. The size of all the documents except for the Photograph & Signature should not exceed 160 KB & format of the same should be JPEG. For the applicant’s passport size photograph and candidate / parent’s signature, the prescribed maximum size is 80 KB and format is JPG / JPEG (only JPEG is accepted for signature).

The other norms prescribed by the conducting body are discussed below:

• SSLC / 10^th Class Marks Card and Candidate & Parent’s Unique Government ID: In case the document contains multiple pages then combine the same into a single page and then upload. Also, the birth date in the student’s ID should be in the DD-MM-YYYY format.
• Coloured Passport Size Photo of Candidate: The photograph should be clicked under proper lighting and should not be tampered / smudged / hazy / taken more than 3 months ago. The student’s full face including eyes, forehead, nose, and chin should be clearly visible & should not be covered by hair / cloth / shadow. Furthermore, after uploading, it should cover the box displayed.
• Signature of Student & a Parent: The signature should be done by the respective individual only on a white paper using a blue / black ink pen.
• KKR / HKR Certificate: The ‘371 J Certificate’ should be issued by the Assistant Commissioner of the respective District in the name of the applicant.
• SC / ST / OBC Certificate: The requisite Certificate should be produced in the name of the student by the Tahsildar.

* All the aforementioned documents should be uploaded in a vertical position.

Candidates who have finished the Uni-GAUGE registration 2026 and have forgotten the password can recover the same by navigating the ‘Forgot Password’ tab available on the Login page.

After the closing of the portal of the Uni-GAUGE registration 2026, the conducting authority will activate the correction window for a few days. In the correction portal, students will be allowed to modify only certain fields of the application form which are listed below:
