UPESEAT Eligibility Criteria 2026: Check Nationality, Age Limit, Aggregate Score & Qualifications

The exam conducting authority i.e., the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) has prescribed the UPESEAT eligibility criteria 2026. Candidates who have obtained the minimum qualifying marks in 10^th & 12^th Grade with the respective subjects are eligible to apply for the entrance test. Moreover, Indian, NRI, and International students who are born on / after October 1, 2001 can apply.

Academic Qualifications

Candidates should have completed the below-listed academic qualifications in accordance with the UPESEAT exam eligibility criteria 2026:

• 10^th Class
• 12^th Grade with the respective subject combination

Qualifying Marks

Students should have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (70% for B.Tech in Mathematics & Computing) in the requisite qualifying examination.

Age Limit

As stated in the UPESEAT exam eligibility criteria, aspirants who are born on or after 01 / 10 / 2001 are allowed to appear in the entrance exam. However, UPES has not specified the maximum age limit to apply for the test.

Nationality

Aspirants who are citizens of India / International / NRI can appear for the UPESEAT Exam.
